wouldn't this fall to the rule of "no unsolicited PMs"?

@OP try reporting the PMs. though I am not entirely sure what would happen if this case falls to unsolicited PMs. the fact that this is not the first time the user did this, the person who sent you a pm could get punished, perhaps a temporary ban or something(I am not really sure).

Just check his post history and his trust ratings

Plus running a Ponzi scheme!

Trying to sell some coins, videogames accounts, other stuff all without escrow, trying to get no collateral loans, common!
All his history is just this, rinse and repeat.

Even if he is indeed Russian, which I tend to believe based on his history probably he is just trying to milk some money from people believing sob stories.

Report the message, add him to the ignore list and that's about all that can be done!

You can see below.

From the data I see, most likely the account was sold, hacked or the like, maybe I could be wrong or right, but he just woke up and has been inactive for a long time.

What is clear, scammers are not moderated on this forum, you yourself must act to ignore the messages he sends to you or report to Mod.

My advice, if you are not at a loss financially, maybe it's the right thing for you to just ignore that user or block his messages privately it's safer for you.

This kind of questioning is prohibited in the forum[1], and since you do not know him, it is likely that the story is fake, and therefore as long as you did not deal with him before, it is better to consider him scammer.

I don't know if such activity is enough to ban the user[2] but unless he gives enough evidence we should assume he's a scammer.

But looking at how well he writes, I mean he's construction of he's words doesn't seem like he)her from Russia.
First of all, just because someone knows English well doesn't mean its his native language, especially at this day and age. 2nd, his English is far from the native level and it's not good at all.

Please heads and moderators, look into the links below to see for yourself, people like this are scammers and others(Community)should know about it.
While scam is not moderated here on bitcointalk so nothing can be done on that part, begging is against the forum rules so you can report him for that.

I don't know what's best to be done to him, but should stop him/her before someone gets scammed.
Thanks xx
