Interesting fact about this village. I cant imagine someone came up with that idea and it is going to work just fine because thats the unique plan and if all the villagers are supporting this type of ICO for their own benefit then surely it will work with full solitude! People know that they are raising the funds for their own good and thus making it even solid project. If there is more organic crowd or investors then such projects will no doubt get hiked very fast. I think I will watch more news about this as to know what exactly would be benefits and can we get in to support it as sponsors or not.

Well, it is a big gamble in my eyes but still, it is a good one.
