Courage has to be backed by research and knowledge. Fear is not a good adviser, this is why you should invest only what you are comfortable with to even lose it in worse case scenario. If you cannot sleep because of your investment, my advice is take it back and invest less.

You are right but first one should arm himself with knowledge on the crypto space, after which he will come to a resolution to succed and this resolution comes about because of determination. So yes, courage, determination and knowledge is required of everyone who wish to succed in this space.
Courage and belief, if you know the potential of cryptocurrencies you will never think of negative thoughts about it. You don't let yourself be affected by FUDs, bad news and other negative thoughts for the market. You simply ignore them and just think on how big it can grow within a certain period of time that you are imagining on your mind. Have we ever thought that by 2017 bitcoin can reach $20,000? no. Most of the talks are just around $10,000 or so but look what happened. Same goes if you are courageous and know what you do.
Lack of knowledge is the beginning of fear and courage is the emotional tool needed to take risks. But sometimes courage without knowledge is no better than fear. I believe that to be a successful investor or a true crypto enthusiast, knowledge and understand are the key elements. Being courageous is just an add on.
I would say that courage plays a big role in almost all areas of our lives, but in space without any safety net, it is almost a necessity. That's why I consider it as a hobby than something more serious. As I don't have to risk a lot (just my time which I would waste in a different way anyway 
), it is not connected with so much risk (investors risk way more and I admire that in a very specific way). Making a step towards something unknown is crazy, but where the world would be without people willing to bet their lives on futuristic technologies...

It's always been " invest what you can afford to lose" it pays to be courageous sometimes but it is going to be so costly and you could lose everything because of the market volatility, even experts are losing money, that is why it's important to invest what you can afford to lose, do not gamble your savings away.
I think in the context "courageous" the poster meant being strong in mind to withstand any form of disappointment or pressure crypto might bring not necessarily being over smart, which is the meaning I understand from your reply.

Sometimes people feel scared when they see the coins they have falling in price so they will make decisions spontaneously without thinking about it first and sometimes it makes someone regret a few days later. Fear can indeed be a barrier to success, and a courage is needed to make the right decision, and it must be with a thorough research and calculation.
I agree with your opinion about fear, but do not forget about caution. Courage is very important, but you should think well before you do something.
yes of course we have to be brave enough to make a decision even though it's the worst possibility. if we are hesitant in making a decision we will not get a good thing. the crypto world has large space, is easily accessible and profitable. there are many ways that we can produce here, so if we see it is an opportunity why not make that decision?
I completely agree. I am sick of people that want to earn money in a new risky environment and don't have the balls to pull up even mild risks.
That's right, if one aims to go far or aims to attain a certain height, then fear should be entirely removed. When one is armed with courage he will for sure go far in life, thus bringing this notion to the crypto sphere, removing fear and replacing it with courage and determination, the end result will surly be success.
Yes, courage matters a lot, and with courage any decision you take on a coin you can stand by it. But also, it's necessary and therefore important to seek knowledge; that is with the right knowledge one can make a decision on a coin and with courage standing by it against all odds.
You join Crypto because you know that Crypto has risks. So that every step you take can determine your destiny. Investment and trade are things that can benefit you. But of course, it must be done with good abilities and strategies.
Courage is not enough for me. There should be knowledge too. You cant just keep on betting just because you don't fear any loses. You have to know what you're getting into as well. When you trade, you gamble. But a smart crypto enthusiast should know when to trade when they have higher chance of winning.

You are right. just like how this thread of posts has become a hoarding for nonsense posters to come post nonsense of 2 lines and then never return to engage in conversation. Doing such shit must take courage.
You can't just remove "fear" from your life. Becoming fearless is not always a good thing. Being fearless about everything will make you take wrong decisions and you might end up suffering more due to those reckless decision. It is fear that helps you think twice before doing anything. Fear indeed does stop/restricts you from gaining profit, but remember, it also helps saving you from potential losses.
