There are three things:
1) Low price, low volume, and narrow price range over long period of time.
2) Good team, and actively working during those bearish period.
3) Good use cases.

For me it depends on the personal decisions of each of them, certainly whether they want to buy it or not, and the most important thing in my opinion is that they have consequences with what they buy

Markets started to react to continuous suppression of months. Lend also finally broke upwards or at least showed good movement with plenty of volume of more than $10 millions. We are in a phase we to expect continuity in increase isn't right approach but markets are showing their relevance and potential with these moves in their prices so does Lend after all.

Lend token is one of those few markets now which didn't rise yet in current trend where altcoins individually have started to show good surge in their prices.  One thing to be noted I am not talking about pump but in changed situation gradual growth is taking place and prices have been doubled in many tokens. It was easy to see double fold since all the tokens have become very cheap with low prices.

I'd prefer Okex and Kucoin than Yobit. Ethlend is also listed in Binance, a high reputable exchange, so there's no reason to transfer LEND in Yobit. Just focus on exchanges with high volume and of course with good reputation. I see the progress and milestone for ETHLEND because they really worked hard to achieve every milestone indicated on its roadmap.

How often the rewards will be distributed, monthly, quarterly or a little bit longer periodic payments?
How about the official definition of active users? I have never heard of this term.

Is anyone from team still present here or at least paying attention to what people are talking about ? What happened to twitter handle why it isn't syncing with coinmarketcap ? If there is any change then it should be communicated properly because everyone prefers to get information using one window. For serious projects it becomes necessary to keep everything working flawlessly.

I will second this stance of need to concentrate on development as this is a permanent process instead of loosing energy, resources and time on rejected exchanges which have not good reputation. Ethlending platform can be made more attractive with products and enhancement in services and features. Marketing is where attention is required because this is a thing need of which always remain.

Seriously, how do you go from a Binance listing, to thinking Yobit is a good idea? May as well spend your money and effort elsewhere.

Once you're on a good exchange like Binance, just focus on product, community and development. A second tier exchange with questionable history and reputation is a step backwards.

Wow but that's not a big news while it is already trading on big exchanges than nobody would like to move to this exchange. Yobit not have good reputation that is why this is not good one from my opinion.
