The Bitcoin Foundation is an American nonprofit corporation. It was founded in September 2012 with the stated mission to "standardize, protect and promote the use of bitcoin cryptographic money for the benefit of users worldwide."

They are helping for bitcoin's promotion

Yeah, that is their purpose. But on the other hand they have a goal of where they want to take over all things about bitcoin (seems to me like a central bank use bitcoin). But that's something beneficial, as with the establishment of the company at least bitcoin has a greater chance to grow the higher or much better than the previous ones.

Heres a conspiracy theory for everyone. What if Satoshi was really a group of people that was comprised of the same people in the Bitcoin Foundation. What if this was all planned in the first place? Bitcoin, the Silk Road, MtGox, everything and then it had a life of its own.

Sometimes I cant imagine how Bitcoin became successful accidentally. There must be an invisible hand moving to ensure success.
My first and major concern about your theory - we know that Satoshi is owner of roughly 1.7% of all bitcoin in existence.
So tell me why he/they would want to go for all these trouble to gain petty money, compared to Satoshi's fortune?
That is why I doubt these events were planned in any way, it was simply series of unfortunate events.

But the objective is not to gain petty money. Its to ensure the success of the network. The group created their own currency out of thin air, created the first market where the banks have no way serving, so no competition for BTC and they bought and controlled the first fiat to BTC exchange which is MtGox. They also had this forum as a meeting place for offering jobs that pay in BTC.

It all started from there. I sometimes find it difficult to imagine that it was all an accident.

All they managed to do is help soil name of the Bitcoin, nothing more. I don't think Bitcoin foundation is even actively providing advocacy for BTC.
Former vice-chairman of Bitcoinfoundation, Charlie Shrem was involved with Silk Road and was pleaded guilty of helping the operation of an unlicensed money-transmitting.
Executive chairman of BTF Peter Vessenes was closely working with Mark Karpeles of Mt.Gox. Amazing business connection these fellows had.

When Satoshi left the scene, some people thought it would be a good idea to have a governing body or a central organization that could speak

with governments about Bitcoin. They were also supposed to arrange big events where Bitcoin is discussed and promoted, but most of that money

went into huge salaries for the people "working" for the BF. { even the secretary got a huge salary}  Angry

dont forget the mightyduck child actor turned fund syphoner brock.
once he joined.. it was game over for the BF

... meanwhile at a pool party at M&C Estate with his buddies Marc Collins-Rector, Brian Synger and Chad Shackley and some underaged boys ...

I never heard of a Bitcoin Foundation before. Although our country has a Bitcoin Organization. Which acts as a collaborative networking group where our country's registered Bitcoin businesses, individuals who are interested in Bitcoin, experienced individuals participating in the Bitcoin industry, and newcomers who seek to learn about Bitcoin can all get together and share ideas. It is a non-profit organization dedicated to the development of the Bitcoin industry through education, representation, and community-building. They even seek to educate new members and the general public about Bitcoin by providing free Bitcoin-related resources and regular educational seminars.

Why there is an organization named : Bitcoin Foundation, what is the main activity of its Foundation, does it produce any regulation about Bitcoin , and does we need Bitcoin Foundation?Because I think bitcoin is no need to be regulated from any organization or even any government in this world

I have not heard of that bitcoin foundation but I dont think it does  function as to regulate bitcoin nor it is an official organization of bitcoin. There are no official organization of bitcoin since it is decentralized and there are no central organizations that controls it. If it is named a bitcoin foundation then the answer possibly is that they are a foundation that accepts bitcoin to fund their charitable activities.

Bitcoin foundation is a site that gives information and promotes bitcoin. It does not regulates bitcoin, no one has the capability to do that. Maybe you asked that because the name "Bitcoin Foundation" caught your interest. It is part of their Marketing plan. The name should be catchy to attract more visitors in the site. Anyways, the site is good.

I'm not very familiar with such subjects but I'm surprised if there isn't some Bitcoin foundation already. This is good idea if it will be used for good purposes and Bitcoin promotions and not some selfish goals.
And establishment of Bitcoin related organizations doesn't mean the control, that has to be clear.

Everyone can make a bitcoin foundation... It's supposed to be like an organisation for non profit near to the model of an association. Usually made to promote values, charities, or who wants to give back to a community

The Bitcoin Foundation is/was a private club that gave themselves a fancy sounding name so that others might be fooled into thinking there was something "official" about them.  To become a "member" of their club, you would donate bitcoins to them.  Then they would spend those bitcoins on whatever the club leadership wanted to.  Sometimes it might be lobbying government representatives, or educating the public, or paying developers to add features to the bitcoin code.  Other times it might be a party or gathering for socializing and networking.

If you like, you can create your own club with your friends and others.  You can also give your club a fancy name (maybe something like "The Bitcoin Association" or "The Bitcoin Management Committee".

Oh and you can also put "Satoshi Nakamoto" as a founding member if you want.

Not too many people are aware of this though.
I read some newer articles in the mainstream media, where the Bitcoin Foundation is still presented as kind of a "Bitcoin Headquarter" and it always makes me laugh.

Bitcoin foundation is the bitcoin network of nodes and miners nothing less nothing more, any nonprofit organization has no impact on the integrity of the network as a whole, decentralized system with a consensus protocol rings any bells?
There is a wallet(core) and there are a few mining software that's all nothing else should be any of your concern.
Please don't complicate the situation for newbies.

When will people realize that no one controls Bitcoins, that's how it is. As far as the organisation is concerned did you even do some research on it before deciding to assume it control Bitcoins. Of course it doesn't control Bitcoins and as explained by other members above, it was meant to good for Bitcoins act as a connecting link between government and Bitcoins. But it failed, and I am not at all surprised it did. The money was to huge and their greed overpowered them, and the end result we know sadly what happened.
If the government controlled bitcoin, then everything gave up and it would calm down in this regard. But the fact is that they are only interested in income, and bitcoin makes it possible to hide the incomes of citizens, and therefore taxes are falling. If the government were the unanimous owner of bitcoins, then it would be a chasm.

We know that now - Bitcoin Foundation become to scandalous and as result soiled their name.
The idea behind that organization was noble though, their initial goal was to provide advocacy to the cryptocurrency.
They should have been focused on participating in politics schemes, provide legal support and not take part in bitcoin development.
