Seems so, someone else was saying they were told 2 weeks, then that came and went, they were told 6 weeks. Link.
Received just the standard answer (posted on the blog) on 19th of November about 2 weeks. Then they updated the main page with a 6 weeks notice.

Their page went offline today, as far as I can see.

Anybody get any answer from https://cryptoxchange.zendesk.com or any [email protected] email answer after 19th of November ?

I actually managed to get my account verified after it closed down, the process took 2.5 weeks and multiple emails but they eventually answered.
Immediately initiated a withdrawal right after, no sign of my money yet, it's only been 1 week since then.

I also have sent them requests to finally verify my account, but I got no answer. It also seems that logging in is not possible anymore.
Is it promising to contact them via letter even if you don't live in Australia? I for example live in Germany.
