But all my balance is blocked on Cryptsy, Such more than one day(((( I cannot turn back my BTC and AC and cannot withdraw any coin (( If anybody have some coins on "Swaphole" plz try to trade AC)))  And one question : "Im one cannot withdraw my balance in any coin from Crypsty more than 2 day. And after trouble with AC im not look on balance 20K AC. and any BTC. And now again Cryptsy pending my 0.04 BTC after cancelled order. On start today i have 0.17 BTD now 0.035 BTD. 0.135 BTD is pending in AC and BTC and i cannot check it on my balance. Dear Community

Since we are doing a hard fork, and if other changes to the structure and ecosystem are required, it must be done now. We aimed to be completely transparent and this requires us to really listen to everyone about an important issue: How much should it stake in the first year?

Asia Coin was supposed to stake 100% during its first year, that is not possible due to the extra 30 million AC that was dumped from the premined block. However, we can still do a high value (basically 190 million -> 320 million). It is also possible to reduce staking to a significantly lower value.

So as a community, we need to decide what to do, and the issue is now up for debate. Please respectfully state your opinions (and reasoning/justification is obviously much better than just stating a number Smiley ).
I will agree with a reduction but not a drastic one. The reason AC captured high attention was due to the first year 100% stake interest and 2% 2nd year onwards. I personally feel that we can reduce the first year stake to 70% stake and subsequent years to 3-5% to beat inflation.

redo your calculation please, there were a total of 141million asiacoins, plus the 30 million premined coins

That will be ~87%

I don't know if it is possible to keep 100% interest, if possible, it should.
As change this spec is possible to kill the coin during relaunch. We should minimize the modify.
I believe many of the investor are attracted by the interest including me.
If change it to a low amount then it is nothing so much different to other POS coins.
If it is not possible to keep 100%, then try to minimize the deduction.
However, I will support whatever the new team do.
Once again, thanks for the great job.

Just done some calculations (really should enjoy my vacation) and in order for the total coins to be 320mill from 190mill is 68% interest. However 68% interest is a crazy amt and a reasonable amt is 1-5% interest as many successful coins/currencies dont offer inflation rates more than 5% at the max. 5% would send the total amt of coins to 200mill at the end of the year a very reasonable amt making it very promising. And as to my duties as a Exchange caller i will be doing do later this day once many thins are worked out and im free.

Given the kind of volumes that AC was trading at, it will be worthwhile as the amount of people scammed should be one of the highest.

asiacoin was supposed to be high interest in the first year as a way of continued coin generation without mining. the amount of coins were always known, no need to change anything. the price of the revived coin will most likely be lower and therefore high interest will hopefully find a balance of old value and new value. i think getting exchanges back immediately will be bad for the value. let people get their coins to the new wallet and stake for awhile before getting back on exchanges. just my opinion.

I think stake something like 15% on year would be good. And that stake time 2 week is too long how about 12hours or so.

All exchanges are protecting themselves from potential fruad of premine dumping, until the patch can be released.

Cryptsy has already agreed on reopening wallet once a patch is created.  we don't know about mintpal yet.. someone will have to talk with them..

Yes Crypsty agreed lol)) And they checked my balance after 1 hour of trouble, and tell me that i can cancelled all my orders in AC and withdraw AC on my wallet without any problem. But  after I cancelled my orders AC disappeared))) On that my issue support after 2 hours tell me that its happened now lol))) But i never see any problem on Crypsty or Mint for that day. Its not and never before they tell me wrong information like today. ))) What about Poloniex anybody trade on it?

eh I Moved on to California Coin under 1.5% premine and no scam there

California Coin is a winner in the works with no scam from the beginning.

They will never reach the volume of business you have AsiaCoin by how hard they try! Wink
The best thing about AC is its huge community... Smiley

And this in an alt-coin can be life threatening in a few months ...
I suggest that the interest rate does not exceed 10%

Perhaps a separate debate on this, and perhaps hold a vote or something.

I don't care as it's a trivial code change.. and yeah since we're hard forking it's the time to do it.. if the community wants to change anything..

The core focus of the development though is really on the security of ensuring the premine stays put and cannot be used in *any* way that can harm the network in the future.

It seems excellent idea somerte this point to the consideration of the community Smiley
