As far as i know if you want to get bitcoin you can get it in a various way. But this system is risky for investors. Because in recent times bitcoins price is not favorable for the investors.
Accepting Bitcoins for various services should be optional. But we can not force anyone to accept Bitcoin. Many people have no idea about Bitcoin and they do not understand its value. I know about it, so I'll invest it all the time.
Many people do not believe in bitcoin, but I will bring that trust by showing the results I get from bitcoin, and in that way I think it will help trust.

Payment with Bitcoin is beneficial for a very small group of people. Therefore BTC is not common, as a way of paying for goods and services.

While I understand your idea, there's a small issue I would like to explain you cannot force/expect anyone to accept bitcoins once the service is done, this mode of payment should be made clear right from the start or else the service guy will openly call you a scammer, which is unethical. You cannot force or expect anyone it's personal choice of all, though personally I would be happy if they did accept bitcoins.
It's hard to convince them to accept Bitcoin, but you should give them a certain profit, if they see it.
I've done freelance work in the past, and have always relied on PayPal to receive payments for my work. I lost quite a bit of money because of the transaction fees. Plus my friend who lives in Manila, lost even more because of the company's high currency conversion rates. I think through Bitcoin, we can definitely save more money.

It is something that if they don't want to understand then you can't do, what you can do is you just try to offer them.
you need to try it try to open the service that will make you receive the bitcoin as the payment, make a service from your skill, like maybe web development, editing, or other network. if your skill is good i think people will use your service and will tell with their people about your service

Probably we can ask the service provider if they prefer Bitcoin as a mode of payment. If they don't allow Bitcoin payment, then we don't need to insist. We cannot convince everyone to use Bitcoin. But if they are curious about it then it is your time to explain the beauty of Bitcoin.

If you are going to want to convince people to accept bitcoin in exchange of services rendered especially to people who are already knowledgeable about it, you need to start explaining the benefits of the coin more.
It depends on the level of knowledge of the person who you intend to trade in bitcoin with. If the receiving end is quite knowledgeable or have idea about online payment,you can introduce bitcoin to him and guide him or her to get a wallet to start.

There's a fact that everyone's has a choice. Everyone has a freedom to choose and decide for itself so in your senario the most important thing is you do asking that person if what he or she wanted to be payed for her or him for their services. If that people much wanted is fiat money then go give that money to him or her but if that people are much interested and willing to use bitcoin for their payment therefore we need to explain very clear the use of bitcoin so it will be much better for him or her.
