To be honest, I have a sort of a double standard with this. If I were the employer, I would not pay my workers with Bitcoin, knowing full well that the value of Bitcoin will always multiply several folds every year. But if I am the worker, I would strongly suggest that I will be paid with Bitcoin. Actually, it is very easy for them to get convinced to be paid with Bitcoin. In my case, I m accepting bitcoin as a payment for my services. I do think that bitcoin is volatile but I can exchange it to flat instantly and I can also hold it for more value. This way my prospect would also think that unlike flat currency thst deflates value when kept, bitcoin can be more of an investment and the prospect have the ability to choose from it at his own will.
