i think you will be a relief to the claimants in this thread

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/1xbitcom-7-btc-wb-altcoin-betting-no-kyc-instant-payouts-5267172

try visiting them on that given thread so those banned and frozen accounts can be revive (hope you can do also in scam sites like that mentioned)  Grin

good if you managed to make some changes in that thread alone  Wink

Unfortunately the license of 1xbit is issued by Caracao so it's not in my expertise.
The only input I can place in here is that, 1xbit do have a registered address in Caracao.
I have heard of stories players won their case in the court in Caracao.
So if they have a great balance on the account then they can give it a shot.
However, it's not my expertise so I'd advise them to contact someone who is familiar with the process in Caracao.
oh yah i get it and thanks for the reply because i have missed your post above saying that Caracao is not your expertise .

but working in this business I do aware some people are exploiting casinos for their own agenda.
I agreed on this mate, and yes even competitors are using dummies and also those  accounts that asks for bribe after attacking the site.

So I'm not surprise to see people have negative feedbacks toward casinos from time to time.
But some people are not as innocent as they claim to be, so it will be hard to ask them to fight for their case through the court because they don't want to expose themselves.
Also agreed on this , Nice inputs and worth reading .

Also, personally I'm not familiar with 1xbit, but working in this business I do aware some people are exploiting casinos for their own agenda.
This could includes but not limited to money laundering and other offense, and they're usually done through multi accounting or even run by a syndicate.
And casinos are bonded by law not to share the information to the public, because the same person could learn from there and use another method next time.

So I'm not surprise to see people have negative feedbacks toward casinos from time to time.
But some people are not as innocent as they claim to be, so it will be hard to ask them to fight for their case through the court because they don't want to expose themselves.

Curacao is not in my expertise so unfortunately I won't be able to provide much of help on that.
At least you tell, the area, which you can access, the UK and the EU is wide, so people are not awkward with you, when communicating, it's useless, when people have problems contacting you, the end of the story can't.

You mention the region you are exploring, in UK and EU.

At least you provide evidence, your clients that you have successfully helped.

Thanks for your comment.
As mentioned, as long as the company is based in Malta, UK, or any EU country, I will be able to help.
Curacao is in South America that's why it's not part of my expertise.

Be careful with this kind of services people, remember that we are online and any transactions in this forum is going to be based on trust so it's going to be difficult to do a smooth transaction. I don't mean to offend OP but I just want everyone to be careful and aware that some people might take advantage of the situation.

Thank you for your reply.
Telegram is how I normally interact with my clients, but I'm happy to be contacted with other methods including forum PM.
Good to know that you can have other means of being contacted, and I am happy you take my skepticism in a mature fashion, pretty sure that you'll understand that I am just being cautious and leeting others know that be cautious especially with online services that involves payment, I'm sure you're cautious too.

I totally understand, it's the internet, everyone should keeps certain degree of caution when they're on it.
I will be happy discuss the matters in any way my clients feel comfortable.

Hi there gamblers!

If you ever encountered any problem with your accounts, like they're being frozen or unable to withdraw your funds, I'm here to help.
I think you will be exhausted if you have expertise in that area, 50-100 customers will contact you every day, if that is your profession try visiting the site 1xbit: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5267172.2580, you will find a serious customer for that problem, I want to see what percentage you can solve it.

One more thing to ask, you have 6 years of experience, meaning senior, your account was registered in may 2020, august 2021 you created this topic, so for one year where have you been, don't you see hundreds of members who complain that their keys, accounts, funds can't be withdrawn / frozen.......! That, one of the gambling sites that I gave, there are dozens of others.

1xbit position: UE

Unfortunately, based on my knowledge, 1xbit has their license issued in Curacao.
I have heard of some successful stories winning their cases against 1xbit/1xbet,
but as mentioned in the post, Curacao is not in my expertise so unfortunately I won't be able to provide much of help on that.

I will be able to provide successful cases back from 2017 to show I have the said experience.
However anything older than that I don't think I have kept them.

I can only say welcome to this forum and good luck to have your customer.

I am interested to hear your story about solving a problem in the crypto casino. You do not have to tell the details and you can change the name of the casino or the victims so that we can know the example of your case before. By providing that, I think members who read your story will compare with their story and they might use your services. It will be difficult to solve the problem with the casino that does not have a physical office, especially if that casino uses crypto.

Thank you for your comment and suggestion, I will see what I can do.
But as mentioned in the post, I can help with the problems with casinos, but they must have a physical address or license issued in Malta, UK or EU.
If your casino doesn't operate in the countries, then I can only help you negotiate with the casino.
If they refuse to provide a solution then unfortunately there will be not much I can do.

You're payment option sounds reasonable although your choice of being contacted is a bit sketchy to me because it's Telegram and I do hope that you know it's reputation of being a scammer paradise plus, there have been warnings of recovery services in the past although not about gambling sites that they're a scam and that there's no way it can be recovered. Your screenshot though might help build confidence for the victims to approach your service.

I will share some screenshots from one of my previous works.
It was resolved a while ago so it won't risk much posting here.

Bet365 was confiscating all the balance on the account.
We proceed with the legal action and Bet365 eventually agreed to return his deposit of a 4 digits amount.
My client is happy with the offering so we dropped the case without any further action required.

Legal action will be costly for the person wanting to retrieve his funds but the above two can be done by himself so why does he need you for doing that?
yeah, legal action will be costly but that is up to the person who hired him. like he said he can advise the gambler on what proper documents should be submitted. on the second one I am not sure what he's gonna do in order to convince the gambling site to return the funds or at least reinstate the account.

I'm more curious about what you have done before to your previous customers, you should be sharing proof of that. You could get clients when you provide screenshots or likes.
I am wondering about that too. but maybe, he considers it as confidential information and cannot be shared publicly.

anyway, the first time I read the thread. the whole thing reminds me of game-protect.

Personally I have no connection with him, I have only heard about his things through other forums.
I also know little about how things work in North or South America, my expertise is limited to things in Malta, UK or EU countries.
So I won't be able to help against companies based in Caracao like he said he could.
