I think accumulation already ongoing for some time now, some already accumulating since last time the market drop a lot,
I also top up my btc bag when price drop to 32k and I know many people did same thing too with other good project, some good alts like sol, avax, icp, ada I also bought few, although I dispose my sol quickly thinking it will correct but unfortunately it keeps growing, am holding the rest let's see how market react.

If you want to accumulate, you can try with bitcoin but it is hard to try with ethereum or bnb since the price has already increased so high. But if you accumulate bitcoin, you will have many times to do because bitcoin price will increase in the future so your opportunity to do that is still wide open. You can also accumulate altcoin but you need to search for the coins because many altcoins can increase in the next rally.
Maybe you can focus your analysis on low-price coins to buy as I see that many low-price coins are still available. Many top altcoins lists already hit the high price so you can feel difficult to buy at a low price. But you can wait for a while because the market looks like get another correction.

I think accumulation phase has passed a lot of coins because of their current prices now, last month presented a good buying period for most coins but nowadays the market has left a lot of people behind and only those who think long term can risk buying some coins at their high prices today. Also most coins have good FA now and that has contributed a lot of their growth such as ADA, and as well buying at such price you will have to be a long term holder just in case the market dumps.
In my own opinion, some blockchain coins like Algorand can be a good one to look into, because it seems some projects are gradually migrating to Algorand as well as building on it, and if all goes well since one cannot predict this space, the same growth witnessed within SOL might repeat itself.
I think its about the opposite. We were in accumulation time weeks ago before the whole mini bull run started. If anything we should be taking profits and trimming some holdings as we hit or approach new all-time highs on many altcoins. Once we start to see support being lost identifying key levels and slowly starting to accumulate again.

Now is the time when you need to fix your profit a little and if it is not there then you do not need to try to jump into the departed carriage.
This is very normal, some investors are not coming in on a red market, they are too scare on that and they will just buy if the market recovers and now, they are rushing to buy again and join the trend this is also why many are trap on top because they don't know how to timing the market properly. If you are going to buy right now, you might not have good profit if the market starts to correct again, I don't accumulate that much in an uptrend, I wait for the price to go down again and when people started to fear, that's the best time to buy.

Accumulation time is a very subjective term in my opinion. I personally have a very hard time to buy BTC and ETH maybe in a few weeks for 48k per BTC or 3.5k per ETH just because it dumped a bit in comparison to the weeks before, because a few months or years ago i could have bought BTC for under 10k and ETH for under 1k $. I am also not so sure if really see a correction so soon, i mean we are still a good chunk away from the ATH of BTC and still a little 200 bucks per ETH away from it's ATH from back in may. Of course a small correction can happen anytime out of nowhere but i don't see a majo price drop of >10% in the near future.
Maybe OP is trying to tell that huge correction will come in the coming days but I'm not sure. Well, anyway, we have to wait for that as I know that OP isn't sure as well.

I will not deduct from the assets I own. because as I see, the market is still showing a good trend to hold and trade.

Accumulation time is over, I think the last best time is around April-May, when almost all of the coins are trading sideways, maybe except for those pump and dump coins.
Coins today like ADA, ETH, BNB have increased dramatically, 50% or more in the last 3 months or so. And why would you short coins that you wanted to accumulate? On the contrary, you have accumulated it already, why not wait for the right time for it to go high again?

You seem to be late but however, it's always a good time to accumulate with the cryptos that you believe that has a great future. There might be some people that looks at the price of most cryptos today as expensive but that's how the market matures. And you'll see more from this market if you don't accumulate on your own. There is no need for anyone to tell if it's already the accumulation time but just be firm and make your own plan of a continuous accumulation. 
If we talk about accumulation, that time was already late as the price increases. But you can still accumulate many coins, especially bitcoin, by buying now and hold them. But you should not worry or be afraid if you see the price will go down as that will be the correction coming to the market and it will always happen. I suggest you accumulate bitcoin and the other potential altcoin and not try to accumulate the new coins/tokens that we do not know if those coins/tokens will increase.

It's true but sometimes it usually turns into a bullish signal like double bottom or multiple bottom. I don't know why you are shorting while Bitcoin and general market is already on an uptrend signal. Maybe it's profitable to short for short term but you might lose a lot if your timing is bad. Buying and holding a coin is a good strategy on this accumulation phase.
Try to watch out on project that affiliated to Solana like Serum and Ray. They will surely pump hard once the strong uptrend move.
It has been a long time since the accumulation time came actually. Let's take Ethereum as an example. Nearly two months ago, Ethereum price was around $1.7k. If you invested into it then, you would have got more than two times your money now. But I still support that one should think of investing into a coin every time. Since you expect people to dump the coins, you better be the first to have dumped it when it hit its ATH. So far Bitcoin breaks that $50K resistance level today and altcoins normally also going to the moon when that takes place.
