Hello Acedbets, why would you advice people to bet with your company when you offer the exact same games/markets/odds as your rivals Sportsbet and Betcoin, but with a way bigger win margin? Why are your odds so much lower as them?
I know you use the same software as Sportsbet and Betcoin but see these odds comparisons:
Premier League upcoming weekend:
Man Utd-Arsenal
Over 2,75 goals: Sportsbet 1,98 / Betcoin 1,96/ Acedbets 1,92
Under 2,75 goals: Sportsbet 1,90 / Betcoin 1,89/ Acedbets 1,85
Man Utd -0,25 asian handicap: Sportsbet 1,81 / Betcoin 1,80 / Acedbets 1,77
Arsenal +0,25 asian handicap: Sportsbet 2,07 / Betcoin 2,06 / Acedbets 2,02
As you can see, your odds are structurally 5% lower on the big leagues on totals and asian handicaps. Why?
Is there any way you can become competitive with your odds? Especially on these big leagues I don't see why you would have to have such a high juice taken away.
I notice on smaller leagues the differences are smaller, but especially on the big leagues people ofcourse like to bet.

Sorry to hear are experiencing this problem. Maybe give it some time and then try again as like I said in a previous post the system needs updating every now and then and that's when you could of been trying to log in. If you still experience this issue, I suggest you open up a support ticket and let the team know.
Thanks mate, everything works fine now, maybe it was a problem on my end.
I usually does not save my password, nor I used password manager, everything is manually done, so perhaps I just messed up some letters of my password.

Sorry to hear are experiencing this problem. Maybe give it some time and then try again as like I said in a previous post the system needs updating every now and then and that's when you could of been trying to log in. Tried to register on Acedbet according to it they already sent an email but when I checked my email there's no email confirmation from them I even checked my spam folder. Is it just me or someone experiencing this? By the way I use a disposable email.
Registration working fine. Maybe a problem with your disposable mail provider.

whats going on with live page? and why table tennis sometimes is removed from prematch and sometimes if is offered
Live play was down for a while as the team were working on updating the system. It will be back up and running soon. I bet with many sportsbooks and see this all the time, this same thing happened with another sportsbook a few weeks ago and even had one telling me that I was banned lol but it was because they go through a system update so I know it can be frustrating but just give it some time and it will be back up.

Well that is what the support ticket system is for so why don't you use it and get this sorted instead of coming on here all the time. The team are not on here to help with support which is why the ticket system was created for issues with bets.
Well most of the time gamblers are really agitated specially if they think they have been scammed or cheated by casinos. I read some of his posts and he also accuses other online casino. I guess support and online casino's should have a thick skin answering individual like the OP.
I haven't used AceDBets.io to be honest, but it seem they are decent with the way they come back and answer queries or doubts from several gamblers here.

The team might of been doing a system reload which they do to keep the site up to date which is why sometimes we don't see some betting markets. It has happened in the past and we just need to wait. Its not just AceDBets either as I have seen this with other crypto sportsbooks, just give it some time and the markets will show up.
If you have any issue, please use the support ticket system.
Haven't seen some admin or representative here in the thread for a long time are they busy?
