24hours waiting for 20mbtc. This is disgusting. Do i have to believe that 24 HOURS is not enough time to check a withdrawal??

Hello everybody. I got feedback from support.
Some individuals aren't able to follow the rules and try to cheat instead of reporting this bug. I'm sorry for every honest bettor who has delays on his withdrawal caused by this issue.
The bug is already fixed, the bets need to be checked one by one. Team is working on it and all proper bets will be payed as usual. They just need a little bit more time.

Why is nobody from acedbets responding about this issues with holding withdrawals?
Most of the other sport bookies don't have such a long waiting time, and I am sure OP seen this messages because he was online today.
They are replying lately but OP isn't responding here always. Seems like acedbets having some serious issue with their withdrawal system. User facing the delays continuously. As a result they will move to another sportsbook for sure. Acedbets should operate user withdrawals quickly and solve the problem what they are facing now. Most of the other sport bookies don't have such a long waiting time, and I am sure OP seen this messages because he was online today.

That is special. You would expect that a minor amount would be paid out quickly, wouldn't you?
Or maybe it's the first payout and they need to check documentation? I read some other players have also money in here, what about your experiences?

I received message from support:
Hi,
We will process all withdrawals,
we started to make security check on all accounts to prevent cheating before process withdrawals.
This is just a temporarly issue, like always all withdrawals will be processed but just with little delays.
Sorry for delays but to keep the AceD product operational, these security controls must be done.

Does it means you'll going to accept pm's coming from those who are having issues with your site? good thing that you are doing it here as there are people who are complaining with same issues.

You can also pm this user to address your concern, better to have someone from the team as it can be look much quicker,
hope every concern will be address and resolve as expected.
The team might be working internally as the site still active hop they'll be able

since you already posted that he's not currently allowing messages from newbies, maybe he will change his settings as he already mentioned that DM him about your ID ticket. i really dont think that they will stop their operations as their site is still pretty active. maybe they are resolving some internal issues as they also paused their sig campaign.
now, that a lot of sports events are starting to resume their activities, i dont think they will halt their casino operations. also, their aced poker is coming soon.

OP of this thread and maybe owner of the site isn't active here since last two days. And your withdrawal is pending at the site it's been 7 days. Few user discussed about pending withdrawal issue here a week ago and they have received their withdrawal later. Check some previous replies in this topic. They also got reply from the support.i got reply from support team:

AceDBets.io is also running signature campaign in this forum and recently the campaign has been paused as the client requested to do it. And they will resume it soon. So I expect that OP will come here soon and your issue will be solved. See the announcement from the campaign manager here.
Maybe AceDBets admin team is facing some problem or busy with other things. Wait till they response. And It would be better if you also post the proof of your withdrawal request here.

To be objective, I will say that they withdrawn money to me 11 times, but 7 days I did not wait even once, the maximum was 3 days, but sometimes a few hours .
Can you tell us more about your case? I have money on my bookmaker account, so I'm wondering.

I see a few members here talking about AceDBets odds and that they are lower then other sportsbooks. Well that might be the case for now but I do expect this will change in the future once they have built up a user base. Has anyone actually seen the odds live in-play? I have been monitoring AceDBets live odds with other books and I can say that they are keeping up with other books and sometimes the odds are even better with AceDBets so it sort of evens out if you live bet.
