So what you are saying is that you placed the bet at -2.5 and your bet was processed and then when the player you had odds came in your bet was changed to -4.5 after your bet was placed? I know odds can change when placing bets as its happened to me on Bet365 and we need to accept the change but if you placed the bet on and then say 10 minutes later it changed then the bet should stand at -2.5, the thing is that you seem to be the only one that these things happen to. I'm in the Discord a lot and don't see anyone else complaining, yes sometimes there are delays with bets being settled but they are normally settled within 24 hours after notifying the team.
I bet on handicap -2.5 many hours before match started. During the day the price of my player drop so her handicap games increase to -4.5 and their useless system update my bet to -4.5 and this is not the first time this happen just that the other times i won anyway so didnt say nothing. THIS IS FUCKING BULLSHIT
you say not first time it happen why not report them times then. just because you win when you see it happen not mean you not report so dev can look at it and fix it. you not report make it worse, now you lose you complain about this. why only you here complain i see no other user complain here just you all time.

I just read the latest update in the Discord which now sees DGN tokens added to AceDBets for betting. The team are still working on the update and once it is complete we should also see other cryptocurrencies like LTC Doge and ETH added for betting.

I thought that usually nowadays bets should be settled automatically. or at least very fast. And very fast is withn 10 minutes after the result after the game.
With the technology nowadays, this should be one condition. The time that books settle it manually should be in the middle ages.

In the next update bets will be settled automatically. This is what the team are currently working on which is why there are some delays with bet settlements and withdrawals. This should all be fixed with the new update as the current provider that AceDBets is using isn't up to today's standard.

24/48 hours😂Yes thats why i have bets unsettled since day 10. And another 8 days waiting for a fucking withdrawal. Thats 16 days for 2 withdrawals and nobody answer my emails

Waiting for 24-48 is not bad if you know that site withdrawal processing time is 48hrs, although it should be reduced to 12-24hrs for manual processing. They can improve on their customer service as overall I did not hear any scam accusation against them. I include them in my trusted site list.

I'm glad to hear that mate, like I have been saying on here the team are currently working on an update that will fix all the issues that bettors are currently experiencing. I'm just happy that you received your withdrawal and you can either move on or continue to use the platform however I would suggest that you wait until the update is released if you don't want to wait for withdrawals and bet settlements delays.

@BrandonLang, that is one of the worst things you can do. Do not bet your money into stupid things because you are 100% certain your are not going to get it back. Just wait for it, the worst case you will not get your money back and it will be whatever it is right now, the best case they will come back and pay you your money.
With putting your money into crazy stuff you are basically losing them all and even if they are scammers that would be fine for you but if it turns out they had a big problem and they had to fix that and eventually come back? They would pay everyone their money back and you will not get anything in return. That is why I would say just wait for it, there is nothing that is worse that can come out of this, every one of the possibilities of "waiting for them to pay" is either same level or better.
