^Guys we should all be a bit more calm about this, they are working on it and they are trying to find a better provider as well. They are just focusing on the provider part right now but as you can see from what people are saying they realized the problem as well.
However, there is two things that needs to be said about this as well, first of all they didn't void your bets or made them look like losses, that was the provider and the provider has to pay up on that as well most of the time, even if not they are going to change the result of each bet individually and give everyone their money back accordingly which is a HUGE amount of time as well, secondly they are aware of the issue, hence why they are changing providers, which may take some time, meanwhile I would say wait for a new announcement on the subject.

The team has shared in their Discord and Telegram communications that they are integrating a new provider and it should clear up these issues. I personally have bets that need to be settled as well, I can agree with some of the frustrations, but I think the update will make most of these issues a thing of the past.

There is two difference. One of the things you sent (the last one) is a retired player, that means that bet should be void, and will probably be voided as well. A retired player can't win or lose any game since they retire all together, which means bet has no result at all, not a result of loss but not a result of win. However the other ones we have already said looks suspicious and we should wait for acedbet to fix it, I am sure they will do that. I don't know how long it will take, I think it should be asap, however they will probably fix it. There could be some sort of trouble with the provider that they are facing right now. I mean looking at the topic, there is literally zero other people with this problem so it can't be common and they will help you out.

In Tennis if a player retires then the bet is void so that could be why your bet hasn't been fixed yet. I can also say that this happens with most sportsbooks as I have had this happen to me many times before with tennis matches and that is why I don't bet on them much any more. Like I said the other day if you are unhappy then why do you keep betting even after the first lot of bets you placed the other day.

I mean maybe they haven't confirmed the bet results just yet, with more time I am sure they will fix it. However those screenshots posses a big threat to credibility of acedbets, dude shows both the bets he made which looks very legit, and he also shows the results of the games which looks legit, I have to be fair and say that I haven't seen the bets from inside and I didn't checked the results myself but from every single perspective dude looks right.I am sure acedbets will come and give a respond to it, it looks like there has to be some sort of explanation on why it looked so wrong at that moment but I am sure they will find out whats the reason and get you your money back.

What I don't understand is that you keep complaining in here and also in the Discord but you continue to use the platform. Just be patient and I'm sure the team will fix your issues soon.
