Sorry for your lost but I have to say that you made some mistakes here.
First you gamble with family money, I consider it as a mistake because you should gamble with your spare money only.
Secondly, you chose the wrong site to gamble your family money.
Last but not least, I think you have no chances to get your money from this site as it is clear that they ignore you since you experienced the problem.
Its been long time already, so I guess you should let your money go and move on.
I know it is hard to accept the situation, but there is nothing you can do to get your money back.

Unfortunately, I don't think you can. AceDBets is an unlicensed casino that does not reveal its owner or operator's identity.

Considering this is a casino with such a low reputation here, it amazes me that anyone would be willing to risk their money there. I myself would never gamble there.

I was thinking on playing on the AceDbets because of the anonymity but I would like to ask about the accusation from one user above ^ I would like to know if it was resolved already? I really think you should resolved that first as what I see on the scam accusation thread that no one from the Acedbets team answered on that topic.

If you check the website then you will find some answers to your questions, this coin is available on hotbit and pancake, don't know if this coin is developed well, of course you can use acedcoin to bet here, but I will still choose to use other crypto like BTC, ETH or DOGE, because the trading volume is very low, if you use ACED and get profit from betting it will be difficult to sell.
