But accusation will make people to be careful or stay away before using a website/service has a problem on there. The support is very slow to resolve of his customer problem, this will make the reputation will be not good to gamblers or new comers.

It will be good if you also send the proof of your conversation with AceDBets support that tell you're place bet after match, because it's just like words vs words without see the valid proof.

I could create a scam accusation but for what? That wont give me my deserved money. I bet on a huge underdog and didnt pay. Yes i reached them, and they just lie like 1xbit. They said i place my bet after match started and you can see in the first image how i place my bet at 10:50 and match will start at 11:00. Just scammers. Dont play in this site

if you think, you have strong case against them, you can create a thread under scam accusations board . have you reached out to them and ask why they decided to void your bet? and from your end, have you thought of any reason why they did such voidance?
been seeing several complaints towards them, i thought they already resolve their issues. if your case is from their end's shortcomings, they should pay you with your winnings or at the very least, return your initial bet amount.

This people are big scammers. Im still waiting to get pay for this bet. Because i won big on a huge underdog they decide to void. Wonder what would happen if i bet 0.1mbtc. Dont bet in this place

My number of bets was even higher.I'm sure it was close to 500 or even more.

ive just made a count and i have 135 bets placed since registartion so 8 bets is a drop in the bucket obviously when theres hundreds of tipsters and websites such as blogabet etc

if it have had curacao license it would has been no difference as we already saw on bitcointalk lol

i was also banned for multiaccounting month ago, it was my first withdrawal in 2021 after continious lose streak, i even stopped placing maxbets (20 mbtc) lately as i got pretty low on funds lol, and after i ordered a withdrawal on 6th of feb they told me that my acc was being checked for multiaccounting and 10 days later said that my acc is flagged and i cant wd, and this guy Tomas told me to write to support for more details and promised that they would have answered in 12 hours, but i havent received any message from them since then. ive been betting there since 7 of oct and everything was fine except of long withdrawal delays when they were looking for delay abusers as we all remember. the amount left on account is 50 mbtc. didnt write about it as i was completely wasted after adkins bullshit

If Acedbets shares which matches they are talking about I think I will be able to prove that tipsters sent these matches as picks.
Good question about IPs. As I said I didnt use multiple accounts - acebets' betting limits were big enough.

I agree with you. But it should not become a normal thing for us that bookmakers steal our money, and for us to answer that it is okay. We have to fight this way. At some point, some serious bookmaker will appear. I did not use this bookmaker, I had bad experiences with a lot of new bookmakers. I came here and read the experiences. The explanation they gave is totally frivolous

I don't think it's necessary for you to tell us about their profit, we don't need to know it either. The main question is, is there any valid evidence if those are multiple accounts beside from playing with max amount on 8 matchs with 3 accounts? How about their IP address? Were those same? I don't defend those cheater, but we need valid explanation from AceDBets.

Are we all forgetting that even the biggest sportsbooks in the world ban people daily and not pay out people's winnings? Yes this happens, just Google it and you will see or go on YouTube and there are many stories of people getting banned from the big sportsbooks for using tactics to gain an advantage over the sportsbooks.

The main problem is that today everyone thinks they can open a bookmaker and make money that way. If you don't know how to run a bookmaker, just open a casino and make money that way.
I do not go into whether this user is guilty or not (what you stated as an explanation is not enough. The same would happen if 10 people follow the same tipster. so 10 accounts would play the same game, and it is your right to set a limit on that game). I am convinced that the match went in your favor, you certainly would not return funds to your users. This kind of explanation is extremely unprofessional for someone who wants to make a serious bookmaker.

So easy for a scammer sportsbook to hide behind such pathetic excuses, really a shame. The user deserves all his winning back which is fair and square. You alleged him for multiple accounting to exploit max betting limit, how about paying him his all winnings with his remaining balance and then ban him, just like any professional sports book will do but admit it that you don't have guts nor enough money to run even a cheap scam. I am going to give you a red trust as a responsible member of this forum just to protect any newbie falling again for this.

You are right -  I have withdrawn more than I deposited. But it's not like I didnt lost anything - I lost my winnings which I gained in a fair game IMO. And Withrawals:deposits ratio of user shouldnt be a any factor for any bookmaker when they decide to pay or not to pay.

Well it is your word against AceDBets word but at the end of the day, you haven't really lost anything because you have withdrawn more then you deposit. I'm not saying that you are a cheater but if AceDBets suspect that you were cheating then maybe its time to move on as you are in front as you have withdrawn more then you deposit going by your screenshots in that other thread you made.

First of all your bet limits are huge enough.You have 1.5 ETH maxbet  and it is really enough. It would be stupid to use multiple accounts  with so high betting limits. There is no other bookie in the world which has the same betting limits on Champions League and 3League of volleyball in Romania. And you offer this.
Second I placed hundreds bets since May20 on your betting site and you wrote about 8 picks. But I dont even know if its true. What is true I'm not connected to any other player. You processed many deposits and withdrawals for me in the past.
I follow many succesful tipsters so its obvious I placed bets from many leagues usually unknowns.But if you offer unknown league it means you want bets on it ,right?  I didnt cheat you in any way.
 
What is interesting you connect me with other users now when my account balance is quite high ( approx 10% of your market cap).
In addition you delayed my withdrawal requests in the past. You paid me after 10days, The same day when you received money from your investors. Coincidence?
You froze my withdrawal 06 January. You havent freeze my account till today and you did it right after I opened a Scam Acusation topic. Coincidence?  
You were waiting 2 months to freeze my account even you knew 6th January I'm a cheater? You didnt even inform your support about it ?because I spoke with your livechat support 5 times and they didnt know why my payout is delayed.
I think you made up this whole story right now.
You dont have any betting licence so I think we have a situation : word again the word.

As I said I'm not here to cry because I know my Acedbets balance is lost. I found you on bitcointalk forum so I was obliged to inform this community about my issue.

I am Tomas from AceDBets Support Team. One of your members came to our live chat recently and mentioned about a complain in this forum. Therefore, I am here to make few things clear for members and possible future users.

The active user here recently has been detected as a cheater by the technical team and has been banned accordingly.
I'll try to explain the reason in a way that everyone can understand easily. It is not about finding some glich or fixed matches but a simpler method.

Firstly, let me explain one thing. In AceDBets there is a restriction which is about maximum amount of money played (like max. 20 mbtc for one bet). We have observed that 3 users are playing same bets at the same exact minute for same results and each of them played with maximum amount. Therefore, maximum amount of stake becomes meaningless and violated. To make it more clear, I am not talking about popular games like NBA games or like Arsenal - Real Madrid. All these games were from lower and unknown leagues. Of course there is a possibility that same bets can be played for even those lower league games. However, if three users play for same bet at the same time and with the maximum amount, what is the explanation here? We continued observing to be sure. When this situation I menitoned above happened 8 times, we took action and froze this user's withdraw. Guess what? When we froze this user's withdraw, other users started to send a withdraw request all of a sudden. Wow, what a coincidence?!

So lets make a summary:
3 different users
8 times played identical bets with maximum amount and at the same exact time (only a few second differrence)
Rules violated, they got banned.

About not responding: these users didn't respect us and played unfairly. Therefore we don't respect them. It is that simple. We don't allow cheaters in AceDBets, zero tolerance. They can try their chances on other platforms as they wish.
I personally ( not on the behalf of AceDBets ) recommend them to play fairly, since they will be faced with same result most likely.

AceDbets is a project that makes long-term investments in the crypto world. We are faced with cheating attempts like this and similar, and we have to take actions to survive.
