Spray and Pray
So let's sum up (again):

Additional topics:
  • Get the pools fixed (or remove them until they are fixed?), this unstability drives new users away
  • CGA-network had huge problems today, we need more nodes to secure the network
  • More hashpower would do a great deal of supporting the security of the CGA-network
  • Wallet update should be scheduled

Feedback appreciated!

Giveway coming soon! I received a donation of 25 CGA for giveaways but I want to wait until the update is complete.

Logo contest is some what funded and currently has 11+ CGA in the pot, but no submissions yet.

I'm hoping that the new update will fix some of the problems we are having, I also believe that an exchange is waiting for the update before they list CGA. So my main focus is the update.

I changed the fee on my p2pool: http://148.251.15.235:2124/static/index.html

No fee at all!

The other pools seem to be stuck or down, can someone confirm this?

I haven't gotten a payout from your pool in 2 hours even though blocks are being found regularly.
Address: AMHRmFdY7BDbX9KXwVovGmpHB7Vteus2jE

Thanks.

Another user had a similar problem, can you stop your wallet, delete the blockchain of your wallet and start the wallet again? It might be a corruption in the blockchain.

How do I do this? I have same problem

If Windows, got to C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Cryptographicanomaly and backup a copy of wallet.dat somewhere.

Then delete everything EXCEPT wallet.dat and Cryptographicanomaly.conf and restart the wallet software. DO NOT DELETE WALLET.DAT.

If there is no Cryptographicanomaly.conf you can create one and add "addnode=x.x.x.x." using the nodes mentioned in the last few pages of this thread. Just make sure that if you use notepad to create the .conf when you save it select "all file types" instead of ".txt".

EDIT: Just to note, I stopped receiving payments around 7a.m. this morning. I did the above and everything synced properly and I received my payments from 7a.m. onward and am currently getting payouts from Wzttide's pool.

What's up witht the cryptochomper pool? Didn't get any coins since yesterday.

Yep, auto and manual payouts are frozen too.  I'm thinking it needs a cron job reset if the admin would ever notice.

Worked like magic!  Thanks!

Hmm.. This means that the block explorer at http://cryptexplorer.com/chain/CryptographicAnomaly is also on the wrong chain. We should notify the operator!

Around the same time I stopped getting payouts (Address AKxBjiBVwt15d6RJxBxcYr8AFLd7EJnmqK), but thinking nothing of it I stopped mining for a bit to play a game. When I started again I was still not getting payouts even when the miner had said I'd found a block and the site said it had a coin, so I checked here, deleted the blockchain, re-downloaded it and still nothing. So I closed the wallet and when I opened it, it told me I was out of date or a node was.

So far I've deleted and re-downloaded the blockchain about 5 times now and still stuck where I was before on my transactions and it's still telling me I'm out of date. I'm at block 5603 and here's a shot of the wallet: http://imgur.com/2uvBWbd

It's late here and I need sleep so if anyone has any ideas I probably won't see them in about ~8 hours. I'll try and download the blockchain once more before bed lol. Thanks!

Edit: now at block 5611, so I'm moving along but still no mining payout or telling me I'm up to date in the wallet.

DOUBLE EDIT: Now it's telling me I'm up to date again, but still no mining payout. Maybe everything is alright and I'm just way overtired, definitely time for bed.

Forum in cryptocointalk can be used but there should also be regular updates in bitcointalk. I guess for the logo contest, whatever is received in the mentioned wallet might be given to the winner.

After I had shut down the pool at http://cga.p2p.0x0a.nl:23932 for the update which I didn't realize had been delayed, it kept barfing version errors. I couldn't quite grasp what the problem was, but I thought it was related to a half-upgraded network. This doesn't seem to be the case exactly. Either way, I just restarted the pool freshly, pulling the shares from 148.251.15.235 (thanks wzttide!) and am no longer getting those error messages. That means that for now the CGA pool at http://cga.p2p.0x0a.nl:23932 is up again.

I'm not, I'm on your pool, I was just trying to clarify the situation.  E.g. If you are away from your miner it won't failover as the pool still appears to be responding.

However, my issue is *if* your pool goes down my miner will failover to Crypto Chomper ... Wink ... so I definitely have an interest in getting it fixed.
That's why my failover is middlecoin Wink

Ha, yes, well hindsight is 20-20 ... my next failover is wafflepool.  Should have had it second.

None of this address the issue at hand.  No one knows who the CryptoChomper admin is?
