Feedback appreciated!

Looks good! I'm going to PM you in a few minutes to ask about how you set up your P2Pool instance for CGA, because my setup took a lot of research and manual configuration and I want to make sure I did it right. If it is, I'll post the configs somewhere for others.

Scroll down to "patch for forrestv's p2pool", patch your p2pool and you're good to go! Please connect your p2pool to one of us (or both)!

just a little update 4311 coins have been mined as of 2/5 9:40 pm est  Grin

dag I only have like .002 % of those.

I've wasted time on some other fail coins then had some pool issues too. wish I had 1000 heh.

Some advice to sawedoff. Please test the coin with the update changes before release. I'm not sure how it all works but a wallet can be set to testnet so maybe we can hook that up.

Ill be glad to help if I can.

1000 would be great, but not realistic.  Especially given that the effective difficulty should increase after the update today.

100 is probably a good target, however, seeing how the hashrate is growing, and my mining return falling, I think 25 is going to be my objective.

Regarding testing - agreed, I'd be happy to help with Windows wallet testing if useful.

Diff: Yes, I noticed the same thing, my earnings are dropping rapidly (by 1/3 now) without loosing hashrate.

Testing: Agreed, maybe sawedoff did already some tests? Hopefully? Smiley

I think it might be a sign.

Yeah.. guys, the pool is struggling enough without you making offensive pictures by toying with its hashrate..  Wink

Thanks for the info!

Btw, hashrate is growing slowly Smiley I'm really curious how much we'll have in a week or so.

Mine's off by about 50.

Thanks for the link, wztitide.
My clients too. Somebody has an explanation for this?

Somebody said earlier the genesis block had 50 but they are lost in cyberspace.

That would make sense and it seems to be true.   According to the block explorer they have yet to be redeemed, which is a good sign there lost in space.

Hey guys, this is my first post. I have been following this for the past couple of days.. Wondering how the progress is with getting the coin on an exchange?
First there is an update today 8pm GMT, then we'll take care of marketing and exchanges.

Does that mean the qt client is wrong or that it isn't actually giving the total?

I've been going to Help->Debug Window->console        typing in    gettxoutsetinfo   which currently says "total_amount" : 4601.00000000

Is that a dick.

You made my day Cheesy

Anyway, I think that the node 71.105.130.10 is down again, can't connect to it. How about we use the nodes (148.251.15.235 and 88.198.198.94) as "main nodes", is this okay with you, sawedoff?
