So out of curiosity, is this token development dead? There are no news or web updates since february 2023, and the forum has never worked (https://forum.revo.network/).

There are so many coin or token projects named Revo, even some of them uses kindly similar R with you. What do you think about it? Is it a problem?

Nice project, I started getting involved with it some time ago.

There are a few things moving, it seems, and it gives me the impression of being somewhat underestimated, but there are many crypto projects in the same situation, I believe.

I dusted off an old Raspberry Pi I had in the closet, downloaded the software from the Revo Network website, and set up the node. If you have some experience with Bitcoin Core, it's all very similar, since Revo shares Bitcoin's UTXO ledger structure. If not, I understand they sell pre-configured devices on their website, which might cost a bit more but I imagine work in the same way.

I bought some Revo that were for sale on Xeggex and started staking. Everything is very smooth, very calm.

I decided to write because I saw they recently released their web3 wallet, which was something missing from the project, on GitHub, so I think we'll soon see some web projects too...

we are pleased to announce that the Revo Stakers Network has made significant progress towards achieving self-sustaining maturity. Even with RStaker temporarily offline, we have successfully maintained a blocktime pace at approximately 50%-60% of the consensus-expected rate, producing 50 blocks per hour rather than the standard 120 blocks per hour. Hi nsummy! Actually RStaker is the main address in charge to keep the chain rolling (every official address is a Vanity address, this way anyone can publicly check team operations), as stated inside Revo whitepaper. That address is slowly decreasing is own UTXO staking weight week by week, the more nodes get added to the network, the less Revo would need RStaker staking power.

If you have time to follow the explorer block by block, we actually tend to disable staking on it from time to time, testing network reliability to keep up consensus blocktime  (30 sec/block), with RStaker disabled Revo blockchain drops in speed up to x10. Since there are still few staking nodes on the net, and companies that are relying on Revo blockchain technology for critical operations, the main staker, for now, is a must.

Regarding micronodes, the staking calculator on https://mainnet.revo.network is a bit off. Micronode owners can expect betwen 1-3 blocks per month right now 🙂
