Ken if for some odd reason you have BTC in Bitstamp please remove them today. There are signs that they are potentially going through the same stuff Gox did and we all know how that ended.

What signs?

http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/26apno/bitstamp_will_not_process_withdrawal_unless_you/ these signs. People are stupid and bad intended. I got the same KYC procedure, answered the questions, provided the documents and my account was back to normal in less than a few hours. No need to panic. Banks needs to know their customers. If you don't like that go and trade your BTC out on the streets or at an ATM. Simple.

Verdict:
Don't bank on more than 650gh/s
Much easier to setup than a prospector card, but still super sensitive to heatsink mounting.
The USB header doesn't work, so get yourself a Micro USB cable.

Ken if for some odd reason you have BTC in Bitstamp please remove them today. There are signs that they are potentially going through the same stuff Gox did and we all know how that ended. I wouldn't understand why you'd have coins in another exchange after you've consistently lost coins but if you do for the sake of the company please remove them now. This may all be rumors or someone trolling due to Bitstamps conduct over the last couple of days but either way as a shareholder i'd rather you have our coins in a safe place instead of another exchange.

Bitstamp is fine. I see nothing wrong in a small KYC considering that this is an unregulated market. But yes keeping a lot of money on any exchange is just stupid, but the failure of the exchange is just one of the many reasons why you shouldn't do it. It costed this company more than 400BTC to find that out so I am sure that ken won't do the same mistake twice!

The datacenter and manufacturing are between Canada and the US, right?

I believe the DC is on the west coast and manufacturing is done in Springfield, MO.

I agree they are scammers - but scammers with chips.

The court papers indicate they were trying to make a deal to move all the assets to another company. Funneling the profits to themselves and the partner.

It seems they do have the stock, they just don't want to part with it, even when paid.

They have a lot of assets on hand. If you read the legal documents from Liquidbits and DigiMax you will see that they are specifically requesting that the court locks HF from liquidating their inventory any further. They are worried for a reason - HF has an inventory.

I think Ken has done pretty well to get Hashfast chips in hand - particularly when you read about the other companies involved still waiting on their hardware.
Does he have all of his orders? Uncertain.
He has boards ready to put chips on and recently added manufacturing services to the site.

If Hashfast liquidates the assets will be sold(chips). There will also be the need for somebody to provide the boards and manufacturing for the chips.
edit: It has been stated in the court paper that Hashfast have been selling the chips for well under market value.

Just to reiterate, this is a positive post. imo

It's uncertain as hell is what this is...
