Everybody who is concerned should log on to bitfunder.com and check their transaction history.  I know the website wasn't allowing logins a few weeks ago but now it does.  Go login and take a screenshot of your transfer to AMC-TENDER.  Might as well take any other screenies you may need now too.

Screenshots likely wont help you.  You need to be able to sign the address associated with your bitfunder account to prove ownership.  This is assuming we ever get our shares back.

Yes, I know.  I promised I wouldn't post, but sharing is in my nature.  Here is my open letter to Ken....

Hi Ken,

I hope you are unravelling a master plan, rather than our master plan unravelling!  Only kidding, I jibe.   Cheesy

Seriously though, we need to talk.

I have stopped posting on the thread until ActM has made strides and is being the success you plan it to be.  My optimism is simply out of place amongst the many cynics.

You have explained to me before about how business isn't always easy and how, especially in the Bitcoin space you need to be able to alter plans, and also, how that every day you and your team are working hard to make investors successful.  Now I fully agree with that sentiment and I totally believe in your words and sincerity when you say that.  I also think I understand why you are more economical with information than perhaps others might be, and in many ways I agree with your methods.

However, there comes a time when it becomes necessary to be prepared to act in a way that isn't in keeping with our instincts.

I just wonder if perhaps you might consider making a statement, or announcement, which lays all the cards on the table.  One that fully informs everyone of exactly where ActM is, regardless of the potential fallout that may occur.

If you are being so secretive for commercial reasons, I get it.

But if it's because the business and yourself are struggling then there are a bunch of very talented guys out there that would be willing to come on board and assist you in order to protect their investments.  For that to work you would need to be willing to relinquish control of certain aspects of the business.  To accept help is to demonstrate strength in my opinion.

Please understand the context from which I write.  Because of your communication style, people are always left uncertain of your answers.  While that is the perfect way to communicate as a politician,  a CEO must be able to leave no uncertainty when he comments, which is why talented PR persons are worth their weight in gold.

Do let me know your thoughts on what I'm saying.  I have been a major shareholder since day one and will do anything I can to help make this project a success.

Kind regards,

zumzero

Hodl!
Is there a list of certified Troll accounts anywhere then? I can't keep up with these Troll accounts. It wasn't a Troll type post was it? A straight forward question. Seems really stupid to delete it.

A point about the statement that we will be selling 'in stock' PCI cards soon:

There is no mention of what 'getting ready' implies or how many cards we will have in stock. For all we know this sentence may mean Ken has pre-ordered 2 Monarch cards from BFL and intends to sell them on. It would be a factually correct statement, just like the statement on having 'shipped product' was factually correct.

Yah, monarchs were gettable at least as low as about $1700 in bulk quantities of 50 or more, so reselling is possible.

To quote kleeck:

With gox "finding" 1/4 of their "missing" bitcoins, does that mean we should be theoretically due 1/4 of our lost coins?

Not necessarily. I don't even think Gox confirmed what they would do with said Coin.

The carrot has withered.

But despite that, THIS may be of interest: http://www.engadget.com/2014/03/20/mt-gox-apparently-found-200-000-bitcoin-in-an-old-wallet-shoul/

Although my faith has wavered on more than one occasion, I again have a small sliver of hope that at some point in the future my initial investments in ActM will see a small trickle of BTC dividends come my way.

Am I a fool to hope for that, or should I just sell my shares the moment we get access to them? Time will tell!  Wink

Your street view link brings up East Elm Street (for me)  so your link is inaccurate? This address hasn't changed it's the VMC Office and has been for some time.

As you know we have two corporation here AMC and VMC, VMC lost some coins it had in MtGox from Pre-Orders, this caused VMC to have a minor cash crunch for refunds the last few weeks.  AMC has enough coins to loan VMC to provide for refunds; however, I prefer to have VMC pay the refunds from its profits on running AMC mining farm, building machines for AMC, and from VMC sales of miners.  VMC is still in a cash positive state and will start refunding Pre-Orders next week again.  AMC/VMC has enough cash to cover over 6X the amount of our current Pre-Orders.  Also, VMC is getting ready to start selling in stock bitcoin mining cards.

This is actually good news!

Which we've heard before. We were 'shipping hardware' months ago remember. Take all this with a pinch of salt. Only verifiable facts should concern us now.

The proper quote is 'shipping products' which were not specified as miners even though everyone, myself included, assumed that they were.
