Weekly Update 2/19/2014

We have started with a new vendor for our 28nm project.  Our custom 28nm will be very competitive in the market place and will be air cooled and use a double slot.  The estimate speed of the new card will be 432 GH/s and will be listed at $1499.00.

Management is preparing for the MSD investigation, management believes that the MSD will clear VMC of any wrong acts in Missouri as VMC has offered ActiveMining shares.  Management believes that the company can be successful in the long run.  The management team is committed to seeing this through.

did we lose the eASIC "MILLION DOLLAR" NRE?

We are expecting to recover most of the eASIC NRE.

The management team is Ken and... who?

I believe the People's ASIC's head engineer is doing Project Management.

Wrong, try again.

This is where you inform your shareholders. Who is the project management team, Ken?

Also see my above concerns and feel free to address them here.

Bug him, threaten him, report him to the SEC. Yes that's what they do.

Wat?

Seriously, what does that mean?  That we're dumping eASIC?

If so, what did we get for our million dollars?  How much of our million dollars are we getting back in cash?  How much are we getting back in-kind?

Am I right in assuming that as shareholders, we're not allowed to know the name of that project manager, because the trolls might bug them?

Ken, let's fastforward and say that you have been "cleared of any wrongdoing" as you say.

If both Crypto-Trade and Colored Coins are available at that time, which will you list our currently frozen shares on?

Also: I agree with the poster who suggested paying out our stored dividends (the approx. 55 BTC) to people as a show of good faith.

1. What vendor are you using?

2. Are you abandoning the old modular case build for a "gpu-like" double slot pci-e card miner?

3. Did you mean "VMC has not offered ActiveMining shares."?

4. Also, the "double slot" miner comes in @ $3.50/Gh. Cointerra, Bitmine, and BlackArrow all offer $3/gh and under machines. The $/gh will only get lower as we approach Q3.

5. Many of us would like to hear the actual projected chip specs.

Thanks Ken.

Sure is quiet in here now (I like it).

@Ken, once the MSD stuff is sorted, will the focus return to share trading?

Nice find knybe. Looks good, basic but it's all there.

Is there any info about lag? As we know it takes a number of minutes for confirmations on the blockchain, so will an instant buy order result in a 10min wait for confirmation that the buy has gone through? If so times of high volatility on the stock could be quite...interesting.

I've been chomping at the bit for a stable release of the wallet, can't wait to get CC going.
They have some info on the download page along with this:

Quote
Warning: the current version is only a preview which runs on the testnet, it is not easy to use and set up.
To run it you will need to install Bitcoin-Qt (or bitcoind) in addition to ChromaWallet, and to configure it to run on testnet with enabled API server.

might be worth a test run if I had some time to spare...

Regarding Colored Coins/Chroma Wallet - is the idea here that shares listed this way are beyond the control of any regulatory/legal/external entity?

Is a Colored Coins exchange essentially above the law?

Coloured Coins will be part of the Bitcoin network (the actual blockchain) so they will be as safe from regulatory control as Bitcoin is itself. There will be no exchange I think just methods of transacting with the CC on the network?

Well, there has to be SOME sort of exchange or user-interface, right?  Otherwise how are we going to see sell and buy offers, put in trade orders, etc?

It'll be pretty easy to plug a nice, user-friendly front end that finds all of your favorite colored coin transactions, and aggregates them nicely. It will be able to find all the transactions between addresses and to see what the value of the transaction was worth. All in all, it'll look a lot like an exchange but the back end will be the Blockchain.

Sure, I should have been clearer - I meant no central exchange. I don't think there will need to be one. There will be methods of transacting with the blockchain like what we have now so you will be able to buy and sell CC shares from your CC Wallet. Could be wrong though.

Buy and sell orders I'm not sure, maybe they can also be carried on the network.
