Yep.

I do believe the meeting should be open for observation.

I have no idea how many of you have actually participated in a RL shareholders meeting but there has to be a list of topics prepared BEFORE the meeting. Especially, if voting is involved.

BTW, if this is a real virtual shareholders meeting, no shareholder can be excluded because he has less than X shares. Period.

One more question. Is there a proxy system in place for those who have no time or energy take part of this IRC based meeting?

Cheers!

It should absolutely be open to any member of the public in IRC (non board members or invited parties should not be given voice permission)

There will be market moving information discussed, and in a realm where there is no retribution/oversight to limit insider trading by the board and participants, board members will have a distinct advantage. This is a PUBLIC company and should be treated as such.

I would also hope to god that there is a posted agenda before every meeting...and possibly 10-15 minutes to answer submitted questions..

BTW, how hard is it to post the list of board members to page one of this huge and mostly useless thread?
(Why is this like a amateur hour on every imaginable level?)

No, I do not have to look up the PR guys last post and search it from there. Smiley

BTW, I got plenty of coin riding on this circus and this is the only reason why I actually give a flying f*** about it.
I want Ken and Co to succeed but I also like to be sure he knows what is going on. If he has no roadmap, dates and milestones etc, how can any of you measure the progress?
If Ken has no project plan, after 2+ months, how can he know is this show on track or not?
Project plans and task list are not made because they look pretty.

Bob, do you plan on attending the shareholder meetings that were mentioned? I'm sure you could voice some of your concerns there and they would almost certainly be addressed.

meeting? I honestly do not read every page of this stuff here Smiley I hope it gets posted to front page of this thread and e-mailed via btctc.co news system to shareholders.
Oi, PR guy! Please get yourself acquainted with tools available for you and start doing your job.  Kiss

I have got to tell you, I have always admired and trusted TradeFortress. He runs a peer to peer bitcoin lending site which pays out great percentages. And, he seems like one of those guys whom you can trust just based on his word.

He always was critical of AMC, but, I have to respect a fellow who after gathering new data is willing to change his opinion.

It seem like ActiveMining now is a part of BTCINVEST fund.

TradeFortress (who runs the fund) used to be very sceptical to the orignal AMC setup, I guess he is more pleased with ActiveMining shares Smiley

I saw that earlier, and actually laughed out loud.

Anyone who has the share requirement and wishes to attend the meetings also has to not be abusive or disruptive. It's a privilege and not a right.

If you wish to be treated with respect then you need to treat others with respect, even on Internet forums.

Regarding the share requirement, I knew there was one, but was the number ever released?

didn't realise it was spotted before. the guy is a slimey creep and his obsession with running down this company can only mean two things, he is clinically insane or he is trying to manipulate price for some reason. does anyone actually think he has any icedrill?

It seems as if you have more of an obsession with him than anything tbh

Great. Thanks for the backup. My only aim here is to prevent his disruption of the thread and to protect the companies reputation. But hey, don't bother with that. The only time I confront him is when he comes on here and attacks ACtM. Other than that he isn't on my radar. But don't worry about that.

Thanks for your honesty, really helps us all. Maybe you can go back to sleep now.

1) Roadmap
2) High level project plan (task list, back log or what ever you like to call it) with milestones, dates and cost estimates
3) Detailed, short term project plan with milestones, dates and cost estimates
4) Regular updates (based on 1-3)
5) Financial statements like CF, PL
6) Update balance sheet
7) NRE payment and BTC/USD conversion.

This pretty much covers it,

You could break down the Project Plan into tons of additional questions,

You can look at what information the other ASIC companies are providing and use that as a basis.

1) Board will be working on this.
2) Board will be working on this.
3) Board will be working on this.
4) Board will be working on this.
5) Board will be working on this.
6) Board will be working on this.
7) Commercially sensitive info and you are not getting it.

Anything else I can help you with?

PS - The Board is not yet 3days old. How long are you willing to give them?

Just wondering why you'd tell anyone, instead of getting as many shares as you can for cheap and waiting for the news to come out by itself.

We all know it's coming so knowing the precise date makes no difference. I'm sure he's fully invested as I am already so for me there are no more shares to buy just holding what I have regardless of when the news comes along.

I keep hearing this bullshit coming up, so I would like to say..

I am a customer and an investor.  I don't expect anything that Ken/Gerald discusses with me to be "private"  seeing as how I am a public shareholder.  We were not talking on a "private" level, and I would hate it to be labelled such, seeing as how I don't know Gerald or Ken on a personal level. I am just a part of the public trying to get answers.  It is up to ken's discretion as to how much information he wants to give.  He should know full well that someone might go make a post about it, because they can.

It's not the first time someone has cold called an organization and got confidential details from a junior member of staff. The press use this as a technique all the time and if you remember an Australian radio show called the hospital Kate Middleton (future Queen of UK) was in recently and a nurse believed it was an official call and ended up committing suicide as a result.

So I don't blame Gerald for this slip, he has no doubt been given a serious talking to. But VE you should know better. When two people talk on the phone it is considered a private conversation and you should have treated it as such.

It's ok I used to call Steve over at Apple around this time every year to get info outta him all the time... Oh wait, no I didn't because NOBODY DOES THAT.

If all Steve at Apple had to show was a bunch of empty cases in a deserted warehouse, i'd fully expect you to call him.

Right, but the question is whether you should have. Calling for info, ok I understand maybe you want somewhat of an edge so you're going the extra step and asking directly. If its for strategy though, why would you post it?
