It's so easy to come on here and spam him with questions, most of which seem to come from 16 year olds spending their daddies money, or investors who have 1BTC invested. When you pick up the phone you are engaging in a professional form of due diligence..
Has anyone thought about how the recent rise in price to over $100/btc will affect paying the NRE? I think we will see positive news sooner than expected because Ken raised funds assuming ~$90/btc. Now it should be significantly easier to sell for that price or higher on Tradehill. He might even have $100-200k extra to speed up the expansion process further. The price is going to go through the roof!

Yep. I bought some so I can sell after people rampantly drive the price up, and then I'll repurchase activemining and other stocks.

If he is too busy to spend 1 minute making an update here, then how could he possibly not be too busy to answer multiple peoples phone calls?
Who cares why, fact remains that he answers his phone calls and has spent A LOT of time talking to shareholders 1 on 1 including me. Any troll/shithead can come on here and swarm him with stupid questions, but he knows that when someone picks up the phone then they are serious and much more likely to hold a mature discussion.

In wonderful BTC world, it's pretty simple: those who got their money and bids early will say "you're a whiner hihhii", and the rest will agree with you, but still there's nothing you can do.

Auto-regulation would have been: "we ****ed up the IPO, okay, so we'll cancel the IPO and do it again, with better rules and without the bugs". But that is NOT happening. Too bad.

Give it a break Mr Pitbul. Not everything is black and white. You organised a nice little schedule of profit making. Great. It didn't work out for you. Shame. But you of all people should have factored in the tender delays that many have reported. Get over it.
Actually, it did work out for me. I made a nice profit. I just expected Ken to do what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. If he did, then I would have had the opportunity to make even more profit.

Ken said we would have our shares yesterday. We did not get our shares yesterday, nor did we get any explanation as to why. We still have had neither. If you don't think it cause for concern that the CEO of the company you are investing in is telling lies and simply not doing what he said he would do, then you're a idiot.
Ken has now had plenty of opportunity to either send the shares like he said he would or provide an explanation as to why he hasn't. He's been online and active on the forum both yesterday and today, therefore he is purposefully choosing to ignore this issue. The only other option is to kick it up to Ukyo, which as I said is not something I want to do, but I will if I have to.

I had tendered shares several times previous weeks without any problem always on time. I bet this delay must be due to ken's increased workload because of recent events.

Have you tried giving the guy a call? By the sounds of it he will even risk his life to answer his calls while he's driving, so it sounds to me like he will probably respond to your concern. Just because he doesn't post in an internet thread all the time doesn't mean this isn't possible. Pick up your phone and call him.
