Learning the troll avoidance button :)
What's the surge in this stock, could it be worth as much as AsicMiner eventually?

Market cap possibly if they assume production capacity that values it as equal to AM
Share price no
ASIC only has 400,000 shares to spread it over or in other words there are 62.5 X more total shares in Activemining

Assuming = 4 BTC/62.5 = 0.064 if that was at equal value now but that won't be for a while yet

Edit Note: Alternative Calculation is on public shares those numbers would be based on 163,962 and 10 million and recalculate I assumed total shares but a measure on total trade able shares in the public works as well as those are what are being exchanged Smiley

Introduction
ASICMINER is a virtual identity totally held by investors of the Bitfountain company. The Bitfountain company's business includes mining with self-built ASIC devices, as well as the sales of them. Currently ASICMINER shareholders holds 163,962 shares, while Bitfountain shareholders holds 236,038 shares. ASICMINER shares have the privilege of getting all net profits till 0.1BTC/share from the day when dividends began to be paid. They also have the exemption of dilution, which means that each ASICMINER share always equals to 1/400,000 of the total profits and voting power of the summed value from both ASICMINER and Bitfountain.

Introduction

Currently, it is expected for interested ActiveMining's public investors to hold 10,000,000 ActiveMining shares (40% of the profits), while Active Mining Corporation owner(s) shall hold 15,000,000 ActiveMining shares (60% of the profits), for a total of 25,000,000 ActiveMining virtual shares that represent 100% of the global profits of ActiveMining.

The global ActiveMining's income, including mining income, hardware sales via bitcoins, other cryptocoins and fiat transferred to bitcoins, will be paid to ActiveMining shareholders proportionally, when all manufacturing, maintenance, labor costs, R&D, growth and miscellaneous expenses are deducted. The first BTC0.0025/share dividends will only be paid to the first 10,000,000 ActiveMining shares, providing public investors a priority in getting back 100% return of their investment.

No one in 'the right position' offers that service at present hence the price discrepancy.

Sorry if this has been answered already, I have been away from bitcointalk for a while.

But if someone can tender shares from Bitfunder to BTCT, then sell the shares in BTCT, transfer the bitcoins to Bitfunder and a couple of hours later, buy more shares than he/she had originally in Bitfunder, why are people not doing it?

And if this is not possible due to any reasons, it really should be made possible, they are the same shares after all just traded in different sites.

By my calculations there are still 267 people holding a total of 795,613 AMC shares.  Those people really need to tender them or they will be missing out on 90% of the hardware profits.

Current counts:
241 Shareholders left with AMC shares
611,592 Total shares left to be tendered
5563.65 btc ($561,928 USD) Total Value

Notable addresses:
Shares       Address
101,430   1HEEyQqdjUjz2ZBBxYNDSo2Sp2GPmvYexm
101,430   12ReWsanTsbWGxrRqgoRijJcRr74Duj6h6
33,600     1HScSHd47jsEqq1sJSXFX9aArgcZAtkn3E
24,125     1DiczbPMvNmhXdEii1JZVafGiuBFitjd3K
22,000     1PJcy2Bjv3h7paPmLdkrKYfahXekRELJg1
20,000     13VzomDYFw2kpFvtEU4DFRKxc4385xpHdE

Here is to hoping there is a plan to assist those with shares left un-tendered after the 31st.

Crypto is the separation of Power and State.

In my opinion, it is a mistake not to ask Ukyo to tender them all automatically.  This will end badly if we don't.

+1

AFAIK, Ukyo cannot transfer shares as BF security prevents him (and evil haxxorz) from doing so.

I imagine the salted hash thingys in the share DB must be decrypted via 2factor login by the owner, or some such sorcery.

Sold a couple of shares at .009 on BTC-TC and now I'm transfering my BTCs to Bitfunder... Let's see if I can get some cheap shares. How long does manual withdrawing usually takes?

Everything worked fine, could make around 6% more shares  Grin Not much but still worth it I think

Edit: If anyone is interested in swapping shares from BTC-TC to BF I'll gladly do it for a couple of shares, just pm me.

I will be working on getting all the transfers completed tomorrow.

Thanks for the update Ken, much appreciated

I thought transfer from bitfunder to BTCT is not allowed?  Or are we talking about shares tendering?

Tomorrow is the last day of the tender offer, so I think it would be safe to assume he means tenders.
Does not participate in the tender, what will happen?

Then their shares will be worth much less.  AMC shares are only eligible for 10% of the hardware sales.  ActiveMiner shares are worth 100%.  Also, there are 100,000,000 AMC shares (4 x more than Activemining) thereby diluting the effective value of each share.

In my opinion, it is a mistake not to ask Ukyo to tender them all automatically.  This will end badly if we don't.

So what is it that VE is going to do when he gets the shares on BTCT? Not to be an idiot but I read the past few pages and I still can't figure it out. I wasn't on the IRC chat so I don't have access to that info. Is he going to balance the price on exchanges or what?

From what it seems like, he'll do nothing but hold his shares. Btw, good call on them calls surprise, your belief in the company has certainly been both inspiring, and rewarding!
What happened? I miss anything?
