Many people were asking if eAsic would be doing a press release with this deal as it wasn't entirely clear what stipulations needed to be met to warrant an eAsic press release. In short, it wasn't obvious that eAsic would be providing a release statement and now it is.

Ken likes to mention important things in PMs that he should be saying publically. That's his own fault that some of us are resorting to private messaging. Bad PR skills but we can look past it and adapt
