one question - comes Havelock Investments not in consideration?

Because Havelock wouldn't allow this crap most likely...

by all respect, TAT, cool down Smiley
anyone has a right to do his best. I think Ken tries to do so.
time judges then.
i personally wish him a success, because more successful parties is more success for bitcoin in the whole, for us all.

concerning "AM" - yes, it is not the best choice.... Both in the practical and ethical lights. IMHO

It is not "AM", it is "ActiveMining": https://bitfunder.com/asset/ActiveMining. Not much confusion there for me at least! Smiley

I don't think ASICMINER has one of these: 24.576 TH/s, 6 Expansion Cases,  96 256 GH/s boards.

How many of those are you guys running at the moment?

You can buy AM shares directly from https://bitfunder.com/asset/AM (BitFunder). We are also working on getting AM approved on BTC-TC;

How will initial price of AM shares be determined?

Are you seriously naming whatever this is AM? As if you weren't enough of an ASICMINER wanna-be already...   Roll Eyes

@TAT  Whatever this is, it is going to be a lot bigger that ASICMINER.

Good to see AMC/ActiveMining has made this much progress within the passed 2 weeks. Hopefully we will continue to head in the right direction and we will start seeing progress on the chips being delivered and growing our hash rate. Thanks to Ken, shareholders as well as the members of the community that helped push this transition through.

Good job!

Official announcement has spurred up some volume, but no major price changes. I'd thing this news becoming official would be bullish. Responsive ownership is a positive.
