The deletion notices clearly state that it's the thread creator doing it.

Fair enough. In that case I agree that Ken shouldn't be focusing on deleting posts questioning his update...
Surely it's more productive to come in here and actually answer the questions and concerns people have if you have time to delete posts?
and ironically the post you replied to gets deleted ...

Can we get confirmation that it was Ken who deleted it?

My lord, dude. The creator of the thread is deleting the posts. End of Story.

I know it was Ken that deleted the other ones, I was interested in that one specifically to see if he was online.

Generally I loathe when forum members post back to back to back to back - I mean learn to use the damn edit button - but I couldn't agree more with mabsy here...

It's good to see names from the beginning of the ActM saga pop back in and shed some light on things with the board which stayed behind closed doors or demand more answers. Members and shareholders alike shouldn't withhold the scrutiny. Ive always been wary of optimistic folk here.

The last thing I want to see is this house of cards fold under a curtain of "incompetence." I've said it before and I'll say it again. Where is the accountability, responsibility and transparency of a gentleman from the south much less a CEO of a million dollar start-up?

soon to be a deleted post . People don't bother to post in this thread any more, it will be deleted by the CEO whom is busy deleting posts as they come in, he doesn't have anything better to do with his time!!

That's just not true, see this page: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.3943732 where SaltySpitoon is talking about how they are moderating this thread and deleting things clearly off topic.

Which is not to say Ken isn't doing that too, just that it's more likely to be a forum mod IMO.

Well I don't really have anything new to add other than disagreement over Intellihash. We posted months ago about issues with the marketing and lack of help Ken has running things. It's all been too reliant on him for a long time now, as far as I know anyway.

I was more expressing surprise that the engineering failed and the lack of information at a critical time. I really thought there would be significant miners on-line by now, if of the more expensive to manufacture variety.

Also, what was said precisely about delivered hardware?

Ken said: "Our first products have been shipped to customers."

Weekly Update: 1/8/13

Question From VinceSamios:

Quote
Update Requests:
When and Where will we be able to trade shares?

Crypto-Trade and ChromaWallet (colored Coins).  As soon as we get time to finish the
verification interface; however, our core business comes first and working on Intellihash.

Active Mining PR-Staff

Since you've been deleting forum posts for the last few hours, how can you claim to not have time to finish the "verification interface"? Surely your time would be better spent getting the "verification interface" up and running than wasting time deleting forum posts that people will just repost anyway?

Total bullshit censorship going on, even my post to ask Vigil to expand on his point???

The person behind this wins.  I'm outta here. Pathetic!

Someone quote this so others can see what's going on.

I would hope whatever censorship is currently going on is not from ActM, considering there are way more important aspects of the company's focus to be working on.

It most definitely is ActM. If you check "My Messages" and scroll down to the last post you see:

Mabsark your favourite word is 'delusional' but just because you disagree with someone does not make their view delusional. Your view that someone is delusional because you disagree with them is ironically the delusion.

Now on to your point. Yes if customers come on here and see posts like yours and your thread about taking the company to court I think they might well cancel because you have given them the impression their orders will never ship. So you are fulfilling your own prophesy.

The only saving grace we have to the effect of yours and the Trolls negativity on customers views about asking for a refund is if btc appreciates enough to make our assets worth more. Then we can refund in fiat and still have funds to progress the business.

But please keep trolling if you really think that will help this company. Oh hold on I'm thinking you are a shareholder - are you?

It's not my favourite word, I just use it a lot around these parts for obvious reasons. Look at what's going on (or more accurately not going on) for crying out loud.

I showed you the maths last month when I claimed full production wouldn't be till April/May and it was an extremely bleak picture with dividends less than that from the Avalons. Ken's latest update makes what I said look like a best case scenario.

You called me a troll back then for using facts and maths and stating the obvious. You call me a troll now for stating the obvious.

delusion - an idiosyncratic belief or impression maintained despite being contradicted by reality or rational argument, typically as a symptom of mental disorder

It should be pretty clear to everyone here that cheerleaders like yourself are in fact delusional.

It's been said before and I'll say it again.  If this were a scam Ken would have ran off with the $1,000,000 NRE funds a long time ago. There would have been no eAsic deal.  A scam is something like Labcoin where they lie about having chips in development.  There is empirical evidence to support the fact that ActM is not a scam. Change the record guys, yawn.
Not necessarily true.

I believe Ken said in the last official Progress Report that we have liquid assets of over 2mill USD. Now he isn't going to say we have that much if he intends to scam OR if he intends to wind the project down and let us down slowly.

So we must accept he is making a go of it. That reported 2mill in assets (cash and btc) will need to be accounted for should the business fail. So if Ken thought the business was close to failing he would not have said we had so much in the bank. Infact he would have paid most of that out to himself as wages and costs before the accounts were done for this report which is only 5 weeks old.

Like I said earlier, you have to be delusional to think that customers who paid for miners will not be asking for refunds given the latest update.

This is scam 101 stuff.

I'm sorry but you are simply incorrect.

I agree this could be a failed company - I don't think it is. But it simply could not be a scam partly due to the reasons outlined by minerpart above. If Ken wanted out of this he would walk with ALL of the liquid assets. If he wanted to do that he would not have declared these assets in the first place. He would have said all revenue had been spent on costs, wages and paying contractors/suppliers etc.
