There is a simple way to prove it. Check the dividend pay out address. If the BTC are not going into that address than that is either not our equipment or we are being stolen from. It is as simple as that.
Or, Ken has temporarily halted the dividend payments to that address until he gets the shares worked-out. He is not using BTCGuild with the new machines and thus no payout to that old payment address.

Prove it. I would love to believe that but I simply don't. Please prove me wrong.

Look at the increases and decreases in hashing power. It began with around 9 TH on the 24th and then rose in increments divisible by 24.5 TH. There are no other mining units which would do this. The drops also occurred in multiples of 24.5 TH. Look critically at the charts I posted.

You can clearly see that the miners at this address are not stable for whatever reason - they are not end-user products shipped by another company and they do not belong to hashfast.

Weekly Update 1/1/14

Happy New Year!

The new year looks bright for Active Mining as we continue to assemble our miners for quick delivery.

Not a lot of changes from last weeks update:

We are also continuing to develop our Intellihash program and with our 2013 sales at $6,311,788.33 we have a very good share of the market.

We have been working 100% on our core business.

If you really assemble then why no picture of it? I mean its easy as pie to do.
Because if you have been paying attention he has 250 TH on Eligius running rather consistently and being optimized.

Prove it. I would love to believe that but I simply don't. Please prove me wrong.

Oh brother. This is the weekly update we're gonna be getting for about the next 6 weeks. My thin sliver of faith is dwindling.

Ken what is up with our shares? What is up with our "accumulating dividends?"

Fantastic work Ken. Keep it up, we are behind you all the way.

A happy and prosperous New Year to you and yours.

Uh.. Didn't we all agree. This was NOT a good update. What about our shares? He needs to inform us of this.

EDIT: The 100% on the core business means no time is being dedicated to getting our shares back? Every other company (even the scams, Labcoin) had their shares on a new exchange in under a few weeks. We are now looking at multiple months without share access. We literally have investors who are TRAPPED into this investment (Not I, I don't wish to sell shares at the moment) and it is not reasonable.

Ken, we need to know what's going on with the shares. 2 weeks ago you were hard at work making it come together. Now you don't even mention it. What's up?

Status on access to our shares? You are well past due and should give an update here.

Well Ken just logged back on about 3 minutes ago after being away for 5 days. Hopefully this means another update.

He's probably checking in to see the quality posts that he's missed. Lol

Being pioneer is indeed risky.  Govs can only control when we comply. Bitcoin did not ask for permission but will prevail. Mr Slaughter is very criticised but seems to always demonstrate agility and adaption.  BTC is massive risk on every front.  Invested people are understandably scared of losing.  Mr Slaughter imo is playing long term advantage for shareholders as is very proud man.  Maybe detrators wany piece of pie too. Im confused on this board and sceptical of silly negative remarks.  Balanced discussion is welcome but far between yeah?

Colored Coins or not, the legal situation regarding tradeable shares wont change. I'd also rather not be one of the first securities on this new system. Lets just stick to the plan and get this show on the road please

Forgive my opion if it hurts ActM diehards but CT exchange would be a mistake imo.  Decent solution is decentralised exchange and I think Mr Slaughter holds back answer for this reason. Minerpart has right feelings imo.  Goodluck.

I agree. I have previously said that personally I would rather wait until 'colored coins' releases a working beta client.

I'd rather keep the shares off the market forever.  I'm not planning on selling anyway, i'm in it for the dividends.

Another crumbs account?

Chillax, bro.  I'm in this for the long haul, I don't give a rat's ass about traders trying to unload our shares.  I just want the company to succeed & make me rich.

I'm pretty chill, just a healthy dose of skepticism about newbies. Case in point below:

Possibly. I have no friends and my father beat me as a child Smiley

For now, we recommend all users stay away from new ASIC projects promising enormous performance advantages with unknown ship dates. Any slippage will erode the value of the project enormously, while the deflation of the currency may make it impossible to ever earn one’s money back compared to the value of those same BTC had they not been spent.

Sigh... let's hope for a good update, eh?

Yeah, I wasn't overly encouraged by that article at all, not that it was a new angle
The article is silly. It is confusing the current run-up in price due to adoption rates with the inherent deflationary characteristics of bitcoins. Don't use bitcoins to buy miners, if you are worried about the risk. I imagine sometime this year for the difficulty rise to tapper-off, the hashing efficiency can't continue to increase at the same rate.

Possibly.  Only a troll or an idiot would want to hold this bag of dicks Smiley
