People are freaking out, and I can't blame them.
I hope Ken can see that this is entirely his doing. The share situation has been completely under his control and the only reason we are not trading is because he chooses not to let us.
I understand many other areas of the company may have unforeseen issues and that's just normal. But the shares are under Kens complete control. This is a block and it's not fair.
This is utter disrespect to the share holders.

In case anyone hasn't heard yet, ASICMiner plan on producing 400 - 1600 Ph/s of gen 3 chips. And no, that's not a typo.

Yes, that's the hashing power for the lifetime of their 3rd generation.
I called that number complete bullshit at first and then I did a little research into how many 2nd gen chips Avalon have shipped. It turns out Avalon shipped around 5.1 million 2nd gen chips in about 107 days, giving 47,663 chips per day. Avalon said they didn't expect the demand to be so great and didn't produce enough chips. They've said they will be increasing production. Clearly, Avalon think they could have produced more than that number.
In order for AM to produce 400 Ph/s in a year, they'd need to produce 85,616 chips per day, in order to produce 1 Eh/s in a year they'd need to produce 214,040 chips per day.
Oh yeah, Avalon's 3rd gen will also be out around the same time as AM's - March.
Mabsybaby, AM are trading at just over 10% of what they were worth in their glory days. And no, that's not a typo. Have you made your 1000btc yet? 
I don't have any AM shares so I don't care. I'm just just letting you guys know about some news you may not have heard.

I only post in this thread as Volaniceruptor now. This thread literally takes up about 5 minutes / day from me. I have basically given up and come to terms with my losses. All I can say is this, you all need to stop attacking each other and work as a group to make your demands more noticable. Zumzero, I liked your post saying Ken needs to quit the BS with share verification otherwise he will alienate himself from shareholders. Keep that up...

I agree, we need better communication from Ken or someone doing detailed PR. We need the shares tradable immediately to avoid further damage IMO. People are freaking out, and I can't blame them. Info needs to be more forthcoming, and promises should be kept or at least commented on. If the shares being verified was such an easy task, then please knock it out and get it done ASAP (not tomorrow, but today). If you won't do that Ken, then please comment as to why...thank you.

Well almost, the sale of the shares was going really well until the shareholders started listening to the Tolls again and panicked like little children. Nothing new there. The shares would have been sold within 5 days and we would have had enough money to pay back a few btc to Ukyo too - but too many people on here just can't see the bigger picture. Are you being paid to say all this ? This is all Ken's fault , you just can't blame this on the trolls. Even a dead horse could have handled the situation better. All we want is better communication and an iota proof of what's happening behind the scenes.
If he wants all of Ukyo's shares to be sold soon then why not just address the situation , give a reason for the delay and a fixed date for the verification site to be up. Also post a picture of contract with AMC or any such tangible evidence to support his promises.This can restore some much needed confidence . But no , whats the fun in that . Lets keep nervous shareholders guessing , speculating , agitated and make the thread all spicy.
At this point the biggest troll here is none other than our 'honorable' CEO himself.

Ken, please pull the finger out. I genuinely believe you can make ActM a brilliant success and want to see that happen, but you are not infallible and when enough of your shareholders start shouting from the rooftops, it's a strong signal that you should take heed. Crack on with getting these shares listed ASAP. In your words you said it was your top priority, which means you either honour them or explain to people why things have changed.

It's a shambles because it is being poorly managed. There are genuine shareholders expressing concerns here and that needn't have been the case if Ken had managed the situation better.

What is with the arguing? The situation seems cut and dry to me.
- Nobody knows anything.
- Ken wants to make back Active's 100 BTC (200000*.0005=100)
