We will use the Bitcoin address to verify the Bitfunder username and the transfer information.
So somewhere on bitfunder there's a table with usernames and associated pubblic addresses? I could only find the one with shares and associated pubblic addresses
Issuers of stock have more information available to them than do us normal folk.

Yes, Ken will be able to get the public bitcoin address for the respective usernames that tender shares to AMC-TENDER. Make sure you can sign messages with that address.

We have a list of transfers to the AMC-TENDERS account listing the number of shares and the bitfunder username. We will use the Bitcoin address to verify the Bitfunder username and the transfer information.

Sell on BitFunder, buy on Crypto-Stocks. But the consensus is good luck finding a seller on C-S if you are after any kind of volume.
Everyone is so gun shy around bitcoin in general and securities in particular...
I'd venture to speculate that there's going to be a long wait period before we see any decent implementation of a decentralized (colored coins, etc.) exchange, with enough community trust, to be up and running at full volume...
TL;DR: direct shares and no daytrading for awhile.
