Yes, Ken will be able to get the public bitcoin address for the respective usernames that tender shares to AMC-TENDER. Make sure you can sign messages with that address.

We have a list of transfers to the AMC-TENDERS account listing the number of shares and the bitfunder username. We will use the Bitcoin address to verify the Bitfunder username and the transfer information.

Everyone is so gun shy around bitcoin in general and securities in particular...
I'd venture to speculate that there's going to be a long wait period before we see any decent implementation of a decentralized (colored coins, etc.) exchange, with enough community trust, to be up and running at full volume...

TL;DR: direct shares and no daytrading for awhile.
