I think the admin of this furom has the list of all members of this furom but I doubt of some people who engaged in bitcoin but not a member of this forum. There are what we called miners and just pure investors in some other bussiness. Maybe its hard to identify tge exact number of people using bitcoin.

I do not think anyone can calculate how much is using Bitcoin until the current date, maybe it's growing I think with the news where it's marked so popular bitcoin 
I always think that not many, mainly investors, bitcoin price fluctuations quite a lot, not suitable for the business to receive payment by Bitcoin! Bitcoin needs to be developed and stable to use as currency

You can only make an assumption but you cant get an actual or accurate number of person on bitcoin its very large and also thinking about the widespread of people who make investments almost everyday.That makes it almost impossible to get an actual number of persons using bitcoin.

I don't think you can really measure the number of people using bitcoin accurately at any time because bitcoin is free to sign up and doesn't need any ID, and is mostly anonymous. You can measure the number of used addresses, but a person or organization can have multiple addresses.

Some users have predicted the number of bitcoin users based on the active wallet that has been created till date. This doesn't give the right calculation about the user base. To my understanding in terms of percentage I believe around 5% of the world population might be using bitcoin as well other digital currencies.
Honestly you can not easily know how much people are using bitcoin because its anonymous and many addresses are generating everyday. and also many people are using multiple wallet for security reason.so it seems fairly impossible that there is even 2 million users. Maybe a little less.But through a proper survey it's possible to actually get a rough estimate though..
