how do you deal with fraudulent clickers?
We review and rate each site submitted to our network manually.
If site has smooth results rate will grow up. and sites are not stable will drop rate down.
We track source of clicks, and source of banner views, any cheat attemp will put publisher under review.
Sites has low rates, will not be counted for CPC advertising, and all his clicks will be free to advertisers.
When you buy 100 CPC clicks, you will get 110 to 115 total unique clicks, because %10 or %15 of results are from low rated publishers which system not count for advertiser.
Sure there are many other things we use to keep results more quality..

how do you deal with fraudulent clickers?
It has been more than 5 days i have integrated ad code in my site. But i am not getting paid from network ads, how much days i have to wait to get paid from network ads pool.
Make sure that you should have smooth results, and most earning is from clicks on banners.
