I don't know, I think it's too easy right now. There's no point in making it easier.
how it would be?
. I think it's easier if you find another job. In the forum for example.

I really admit that I got hooked on these social media sites, specially Facebook and Twitter. So, gradually I spend less time on these sites and learned to divert all my time to a much more productive way, like earning money through cryptocurrencies. I manage and handle all my altcoin assets through Bitrus that supports 50+ coins and other platforms like its interface and tools together with its active community that favors beginners.
I am currently working in this field.
I have moved away from social networking and started to make money from the Internet.
So time is not in vain.

I am addicted to using internet and networking sites.
Spend a lot of time on Facebook and Whatsapp.
I want your suggestions to ease the use of the Internet.
What do I do to avoid isolation and introversion in these sites

As one of the options - order and buy yourself a glass of offline and visit with him bars and cafes.

Consider the times when others have constantly made comments to you about always being on social media. Think also of the times that you find yourself unable to keep up with your responsibilities. If you notice a pattern, then it is time to admit that you have a problem. Make a pact to commit to improving your situation
I'm actually in trouble. So I raised the subject. I think about my responsibilities a lot. And I became afraid of the time I had wasted.

Most people use networking sites like Facebook or whatsapp very often because they are bored and don't know what else to do. Another obsession that people have is TV shows and some people spend all their day watching those. In order to stop using this kind of websites that much you have to spend some time with yourself alone and think why do you really spend all your time on something that doesn't help you with anything. Start reading, learn a new skill, a new language or do something else and don't care anymore about Facebook since it is completely useless, unless you have a business there or you are working on your page so that later you can generate some income from that but I know for sure that's not what you are doing. At the end only you can help yourself to stop this addiction.

Do it during your spare time, if you have been dedicating to social networking sites ask yourself if its helping you to be more productive. But if it isn't then you better start thinking that these kind of activities are just killing your time.

It's okay to stay for few minutes up to hours by just doing nothing but if its already too much and your other important things are also affected, you need to do a reversal.
Thanks for this advice I will devote time to it. Or just use them for free time. Smiley

Facebook as a new phenomenon is here to stay, however, as this paper has shown, a lot of care needs to be taken in the use of it in people’s everyday lives

Try using social media for your own good-learn a new language, read the news only in it, subscribe to edicational channels...
I use the telegraph to learn the language through channels and chats. Get news from Facebook.

I think we are very difficult to go because social media applications / sites are ways we interact with distant friends and relatives and have activities with each other so they rarely get together and joke so we don't have to leave it we just need to use it wisely and well
Many friends so I spend a very long time and I speak with them. I hope I can lighten that
