You really do NOT need to transfer you fund to any where else such as EXMO. You can directly purchase BTC from your advcash account. I personally used it and it worked like a charm.

All you need to do is click Fund transfer and choose 'To E-currency'. Fill up the information and all done!! Cool

Which option did you choose to cash out your bitcoin? I know their rates are very poor (they take a hug margin) but I think it's better to pick the Exmo option (they offer the best rates).
About withdrawals to bank cards, they are unavailable for obscure reasons, I have 1300 EUR stuck there. No panic yet but I hope something will be done very soon.

Actually when you go to the advcash site, it states that withdrawals to third party visa/mastercards are possible for a fee of 6$ plus about 2 per cent.

So I wanted to try and cashed in some dollars, when trying to send them to a third party visa card it stated that visa card withdrawals are currentlly unavailable.

As others said, it does not solve the issue, I am not sure if you read the previous pages but the main issue right now is Advcash cards disabled, until a new contract is signed with a new provider (they say it is on the way but I'll believe it when I receive a new card).

The service you provide sounds complicated and to my knowledge, there are other more convenient to do, I know at least two exchanges (Wex and Exmo) which allow to cash out to Advcash, they even allow transfers to a Mastercard.

I agree that the steps we described take a bit more time, but WEX and EXMO offer the withdrawal of around 20 cryptos to Advcash, while we offer this option to hundreds of coins listed on Cryptopia and Bittrex.

Yes, you can "empty" your card. You cannot fill any money on it anymore. Only withdraw from it. People have untill 27th feb. to withdraw remaining funds.

That's how.

But it's still complicated and risky. The risks are two fold. First, converting altcoins to BTC first, then BTC to XST involves two conversions. This translates to a loss for anyone doing this. Second, transactions without escrow protection are risky.

Now that Advcash cards are disabled, paying to this exchange is an additional risk. It's like selling coins on an exchange and wiring the money to a bank you can't withdraw from.
