It is necessary even now when the whole market is only falling and there are no good hopes for the growth of the market to continue to fulfill bounties and hope that everything will change soon, no one can say what awaits us in the future, but we must endure and work on.
We have to be strong, a lot of bounty participants left due to low earnings, but all of us that survived should work hard to have a better future. Less participants means higher rewards, so it does not look so bad. 
i was thinking the same way however i am doing work very less as compare to the work i was doing earlier. i am sure that one god project is enough to give you good profit just do your work with hardwork and honesty.
I am just tired of everyday posting in signature campaign and I think that 90% of all people here just do it only because they believe that they will get something for that.

This actually happened to me just last month, I was so tried and I had given up. Someone introduced me to probit and I ignored. The outcome was so huge. Now I'm just trying my best to keep going. Cryptocurrency is not an easy journey, most bounties that we give in our 100% turn out to be scams or lack proper sponsor and die off so in the end for me it's just pure luck. Good reseach may have been carried out and the project looks credible but it may lack proper promotion and the vision will just die off.

in a bid to reform this idea, i implore every bounty participants to make use of every spice thoroughly how ?
if you will participate in 2 bounties, do it to the efficiency of your strength by doing the core (signature, content creation, linkedin) so as to enable you get maximum amount of tokens
remember, always do your own research.
I would not advise to participate in the bounty at this time. Projects that you are going to promote most likely you will not be given a reward. And if they give it for a very long time will be listed on the exchange. In 2018, 300 000 ETH was spent not on the product but on the payment of salaries. Because of this, ETH lowered the price.

In this time our thoughts and our thinking can matters allot to New people who use to come and at first they read bounty. Always be positive and not to spread hopelessness tell everyone that prices are under correction and very soon it’s gonna be fine and till then have patience and invest if possible at this price so try to write quality post. 
Some advisor believe bounty hunter start dumped the token price. For bounty hunter hold your token and don't start dump of price, join in best bounty manager campaign.
You can not avoid advisor blaming because i think that there is some blunder on the Hunter. Most of the bounty hunter intentionally always selling low rate even they don't care market demanded price. How many guys holding bounty payments my answer is 20% to 30% highest who guys keep hold.
I absolutely believe in that. When you are anticipating for good project you usually don't get them but when you least expect them they all come like rain drops. So i believe this is the right time to go for bounties though the time don't seem that good.
Be more careful in carrying out Bounty elections. Sometimes the projects we consider are not good, but the project can generate big profits. Keep working hard and don't give up to produce valuable tokens.

In the whole I would agree with you. But at the same time "excitement" is not enough to choose a good project that will not be scam. You have to get corresponding knowledge and experience before you are able to make the right choice and don't waste your time on garbage or even lose money.

And there are not only our patience or minds, but also our wallets, because for some people, the crypto-currency business is important and perhaps even the main source of income, so there is nowhere to the current state of the crypto-currency market disappears even deposits.

Because of lot of bounty hunters have given up few participants are registering with bounty campaigns. With that so times those participants will be able to get huge rewards. So I believe your state. We should consider this market fail as opportunity .

Yes, that's the problem I'm having. I have worked for more than 12 projects and now there is no project to pay me. It seems to stop and does not have any notice.But let’s endeavor to be at an alert because in crypto currency

I am not motivated to continue working. I'm just afraid of projects that continue to scam me. the bounty hunters should be protected.
That's the main reason why I'm continuing to do my bounty hunter job even if in these months I practically woked for free.... I really hope that situation will change soon.
