Thanks for advice, mostly ICO’S are not paying because of bear market & some time very hard to bear when we are struggling for a scam project & wasting our energies.
We have to more careful while we are choosing any bounty campaign to avoid wasting of times in shit projects.

Being a bounty hunter is not easy. Sometimes its tiring and we loose interest because sometimes we don't get paid or we get small rewards after months of promoting. But as for me, I will still patiently do what I love to do. I choose good projects and sometimes I do thorough reseach before joining a bounty campaign. The excitement of having to earn good and promising coins gives me the enthusiasm to continue working. Just have patience and always be ready to have failures too.
Now there are few people left in the bounty, the level of interest in this type of earnings has decreased, since the payments are minimal.

All cryptonianz have disappointed, the hardwork is not worthy and due to income failure specifically during bounties work. Your toughts is a big help for us to survive.

Most cryptocurrency projects lately have not reached the goals set by the project upon its creation and this is bad for both investors and bounty hunters especially the holders.
I noticed that good projects often have saturated bounty campaigns while the average ones have an average participation level, this may cause smaller rewards for the good projects and more for the average ones.
Since no one can predict how the crypto will behave in the market, then it is better to participate in any one you will get more rewards irrespective of how enticing other projects may look.

Not all projects become successful and many projects failed due to the market condition. Only legit projects with real use case would survive and would raise enough money in ICO's. In participating in some bounties research more about the project and only participate in few bounties that are sure successful.

Now and in truth not the best time, many participants as I know simply are gone with market bounty, many expect here short-term profits, and I think need wait very long to gain good money!

you're right, now many hunters are leaving the campaign. maybe some of them feel they can't get money from the bounty because many campaigns don't pay. hence from that many of the bounty hunters are now pausing or retiring from the bounty.

Very well said dude, as a bounty participants all I can say is no matter what it takes even the market is bad, never remove patience instead remain it to our behavior. For sure in the end you reap the benefit of your good effort whether they pay or not just continue on seeking a legit ICO campaign project.

I would also like to give advice to all bounty hunters - nowadays you can take a break, as the bounty hunting does not make a profit. When the market starts to grow again, it will be possible to return, in the meantime, everyone can rest 
Forced to confirm your words. Bounty almost do not bring income, the best that can be done is to reduce the time spent on bounty and make money in another area, at least until the market recovers.
As a hunter should have a strong mentality and be ready for any risks, as we know hunters random in choosing an ICO project even though we have predictions about the team and rating, but many are beyond expectations. For this reason, the Bounty participant need to continues to be passionate because not all ICO is bad.

At present many bounty hunters left doing bounties so I believe who keep doing bounties in these bad conditions of market will hopefully get more benefit when market will rise because I see number of bounty participant also reducing in current market so there is higher chance of earning good number of coins. I am in a depressed moment because the market has been falling for a long time and the ICO projects I support are mostly failing. I realized that things can't continue like this, I'm trying to learn about IT to find other freelance jobs at this time to replace Bounty. But I keep this work with bounty. I think the most important thing for bounty participants is being able to know which projects are the best and can be successful so that they produce profits, and keep the spirit of working without despair so that eventually they will get good results.
if to find out which projects will succeed it will be very difficult for us because we are not sure what will happen in the future, we are only sure of our choice after doing research and are only ready for whatever results.but I strongly agree if we have to have fighting spirit because it is something that must be there for every Bounty participant.
Everyone had a sad stories in Bounty but instead of losing our courage, it gives us a new mindset and even get stronger. Cause if we listen the FUDS around, it surely bring us down.
