Well said my friend . but allot of bounty hunter dont understand the crypto and ICO concept so they are always wanting instant result which is not possible . some hunter dump coins and token within shot time instead of waiting for project .. because of this bear market allot of hunter has quit the job . but We are waiting for the good old days to come ..

I agree that now is the best time to work as well as to invest. When many people withdraw funds from the crypto market and shout that it's all a scam and a crypto bubble, we need to work even harder and buy promising coins for the future.

many people also are tired of hope. When the results of the bounty for a year which is expected to bring results but instead crashed, then that's when many are experiencing the crisis of confidence that even for a bounty. the results are not encouraging, in the long run, makes many who prefer to go from the bounty of on the afloat without results.

When failing to choose a project, it will produce something that is in vain.
A bounty hunter must be able to choose the right project because then they can benefit from the bounty they follow.
When it's wrong then it will make the bounty hunter get nothing.

experienced bounty hunter usually have good analisys when pick the campaign.their habbit reading whitepaper and following developtment progress make their instinct trained well.

Most of the gifts end with a scam, I hate that but besides that I also think about how to be better and keep the spirit of being a bounty hunter. at least by looking for information first, whether the project is scam or not so that my work does not end empty-handed.

There's no real precedent to the crypto space, so a lot of negative vibes that people witness the first time this happened few years ago. The difference is not there is relatively a small precedent and the people in the know-how kept soldiering forward and it paid crazy dividends. So if this little history is anything to go by; we might witness it all over again and maybe tenfold for starters.

Very well said, the bounty community really needs advice like this nowadays because many are really affected by the behavior of the market as well as the ICO trends. I guess this is just a purification process which makes those faint-hearted individuals who don't really understand how cryptocurrency works. I was just reminded of the life story of the richest man in our country. When no one believes in him and he expands his business when it is the time of crisis, that is the time when the market rise up which really have a great impact on his business and made him very rich.

This advice is great but to be honest, these projects having their bounty cycle don't pay hunters at the end and that is discouraging many hunters especially those who haven't earned anything from it till now.

I'm assuming that every bounty participants expects that the market will continue to rise just like 2017 when everyone is really making good money including bounty hunters. But suddenly the bear market started and many ICO's are not paying on time or keeps delaying bounty hunters. And there are a lot who consider bounty hunting as a job so obviously if projects are not paying how can those guys pay the bills? hehehe

I work now when I'm weak but after I do that and the results make me weaker, so what should I do? in my opinion when we work we have to do it with excited because of the good results that are when you do it with optimism and enthusiasm.

I guess participating ICO's now or doing some bounties for it now, will not going to give us decent profits. And we should find some place to earn it like investing on altcoins and trade it as well, we should engage ourselves to risk in order to adapt to the current market situation.

your sentence is the same as I sometimes feel. eager to work on the bounty, but that bounty is a scam. and now I think, it's very unfortunate if I work on all the bounties that exist. I'd better look for information first whether the bounty is scam or not, then I'll do it.
