yeah just focus on the good bounty, what i mean good was the one who gives you "a fair" stakes. If some bounty gives you some choice to make an article on their own language, you have a great chance to be screwed, you don't know the quality of that article and the manage give that shitty article a stake for just copying the whitepaper.
You are very true and represent my life, at that time I was weak and still a beginner there were lots of good projects and I missed them, now I have enough understanding and enthusiasm but getting a project that makes me despair. the lesson is to work at any time and never give up, despair. 
Don't give up just join as muc as possible because in the end it would be worth it. But please be aware on every bounty that you will join since there are fraudsters that will take advantage of people's hardwork. Do some research and put standards on every bounty that you will join.
Rather than fraudsters and scammers the problem with bounty hunting is the bounty hunter itself, why ? because most are not disciplined that is why most of the coins are dumping so hard to the point that the investors are not interested on the project anymore and so the market are declining. Another thing is the crowded campaigns that will not be profitable anymore.

Because ICO is a long-term investment and need a product to back up the token value in the exchange, so we must still wait until their product is launched and the value grows.
You are right. Then the understanding of bounty and Ico must be well understood. The development of each project is different, some are fast and some are slow, even if there is a bear market like this, prices are difficult to develop. That is why we must be patient and analyze well in order to get the best price.
Very true! This is the best time to educate oneself, persevere, experiment with innovative and novel ideas to promote, instead of walking out or away. For one can be sure of bouncing back, and at that time not being present or prepared, will hurt.

This is a very hard times to participate in bounty campaigns with the market situation and the way many projects are not transparent with the entire process and treat bounty hunters as beggers. Evev apart from the market situation, there should be a system that can also protect the interest of bounty hunters better.

I think if all Bounty Hunters have this mindset like you, more will come into the Cryptocurrency Space. I also think this have been the process all this while and if hunters can work during this bear market, I believe they will definitely enjoy the best when the market fully recovers... Now is a very difficult time for participating in ICO signature campaigns of other bounty campaigns. Given that holidays are coming, this is a good time to take a break from this type of activity, others can only curtail it partially. Everyone has the right to solve this issue at their discretion. I agree with you mate, it is very hard to participate in a campaign especially when holidays is coming as what you have said. They haven't give some updates in the campaigns.
for me advice for bounty participants continue to work and do what you can do never despair, I know, your efforts will never negate the end result.

yeah, the poor market conditions have affected the development of the bounty, many bounties are not running well and have very low prices, but we must keep the spirit and the situation will definitely change again and it will get better
sometimes like that when the project is well followed, the results are not as expected. but we need to know is the fact that hard work doesn't always work, while the weak are not much different. Sometimes, you need to get rest for a while from what you did before especially if it does not work like before. You need to search for another opportunity from another so you could still earn money. It is happening too in real life and not just in the crypto, and you don't need to be sad for a long time. You need to wake up, try to find out what will give the best result for you as you did before. Keep trying to search the other project and don't surrender because once you give up, then you are the real loser. There will be other days for you to earn money and even it will bigger than before, and all you have to do is keep working and find the other things.
advice for workers in bounty do not let us trap into a bounty project, because now there are so many bounty projects that are scam and the sales are not clear, choose a bounty project that is really good and also successful sales.
Just continue with the bounty you are undertaking. It only takes a little effort but do make quality post and not one-liners.
If bounties don't pay up after the campaign or decide to extend for 10 more weeks, just go with it and don't give up.

And don't forget to sell your bounty if you think that token already reached peak. We have seen alot of people are regret when they didn't sell their token price still high. If bounties don't pay up after the campaign or decide to extend for 10 more weeks, just go with it and don't give up.
