Get about 8 Rtx 3090 which are the most efficient cards and offer an hashrate of 115 Mhsh each as a minimum.

Are you sure you just want to build a large rig and not a sauna to go along with it? Because that's exactly what your living room will turn into with all the equipment running. I'm not even laughing at your budget too, everyone knows current GPU prices and availability so you'll be lucky to get 3-5 cards for your money.
The best ting is just keep mining what you have now. paying 4x for gpus is insane dont buy so expensive. If you find 50-80$ + msrp then go ahead buy as many as you wish but paying for same thing 4x money is insane.

For us$6k in my country you would be lucky to get 4x 3070s for that money....
So that is like 63x4 mh/s or 252mh/s would use at least 625w even on the lowest you can go with good cards.
To make 20k clean profit after investment at this point you cant. Mining halving will kill any current RoI even more.
