If u have a good amount of capital why not start a business.
Then when the business is stable try to invest on crypto u researched on and do some little risk so that u wont have regrets on losing some on crypto. Might get lucky if the coin will go boom.

As much ad I wanted too but I dont have extra fund for buying crypto. Yes a major recession could or already happening and crypto is one way to a more lucrative approach on payment system. Probably atms, and bank arent much gonna stay open or closed for a while and only those remittance center will be catering people, its a good step if people will learn crypto while staying at home and gain interest to use it too.

It's a good strategy but too much is at risk here.

You can buy crypto currencies now but there is just no assurance that it will really rise.
The economy is not looking good because of the corona virus.
People now are just spending money without anything going back to them.
After this thing is cured then people will need some time to go back to their normal way of using money. Saving and investing.
It may take a while before we could see a good rise in crypto prices again.

I thought your gonna say withdraw cash now since its badly needed. Crypto isnt a hedge for fiat but its a good way to spend your extra money since its cashless. More establishment starting to realize that blockchain even more powerful than mere ATM machines. Adoption slowly improving and that proves that crypto market can caught up with the pacing of other markets such as stocks, oil, gold and now even stronger than fiat.

Yes it is possible that financial crisis happen again because of this pandemic crisis facing by the whole world today. But i think more people today are choosing fiat currency specially to those in poor or in middle class family to provide their basic needs while facing this pandemic crisis. They are thinking now how to survive not to become financially freedom someday.

When this corona outbreak crisis occurred, many business activities were stopped due to lock down and I think there will be a lot of bad credit so banks need more liquidity to meet the needs of the community. Several central banks in various countries have already announced economic packages and lowered interest rates, hopefully the current economic crisis can quickly pass

2020-2008 = 12 years. That was a long time and so many things had happened by now.
So why not also explain why? Maybe we could understand more of how you thought about that.

They may be happier now.
People spending money left and right.
Then merchants having a lot of income to put in banks.
The circulation of fiat is getting better if that happens. Even those kept in home stashes will be spent due to the epidemic virus.
After this, people will be loaning money from the banks. So it is a big win for them.

Indeed, this is the time where you don't think about choosing between investing/putting your money in crypto or using it all to but essential items in this crisis even the value is very low. Fiat is more important now than anything else for most of people, yes the rich ones can do that thing but not the most of us, life and safety are more valuable than any amount of money that you can possibly profit in the future.

Agree, the banking system only makes the crisis worse because of carelessness and also always makes the inflation rate continue to rise. With bitcoin or cryptocurrency, I think the value of our assets is not eroded by inflation and also the liquidity of the cryptocurrency market is already very large

Many are afraid with the current crypto situation. For me, its only a matter of conflict with this crisis time and the crypto got lame. I don't think of any possibilities for the banks to be close since there is no problem on fiat currencies.

The scenario of what happen in 2008 could happen again but the good thing is we have the Cryptocurrency as an option in 2008 there was no option like this,stocks are falling and having a hard time recovering but so far Crypto market is recovering fast and it looks stable now.
