You've succeeded in quiting gambling. Why make your life mesirable again. You shouldn't try it again as you know in yourself that gambling is very addictive. If you continue again then you really don't succeed in quiting but you only take a break and here you are again starting to become greedy.
There's nothing wrong in gambling again but unfortunately he started losing and it gave him the urge to chase his losses.

but with a lot of experience, then you should have a good level of control not to be greedy and able to manage bankroll well even though losing in gambling is difficult to avoid.
It's difficult to maintain yourself when your having a losing day. Sometimes you get carried away having second thoughts, imagining that you can win it all back but in reality it will always fail.

Don't do it bro, don't go back to those dark days.
From the screenshot of OP and with those parlays we can tell that he already went back.

If you were really been away from gambling for years
Nothing was specified on how long his break was.

It really becomes much difficult to get out from the addiction of gambling. If you were really been away from gambling for years than you should have perhaps not gone for gambling again and seeing your bet history, I can only suggest you to stay away from gambling if you don’t want to face any losses ahead.

Gambling has addicted a lot of peoples and also some of those went bankrupt. Gambling is a service where once we loose, we go for it again and the same happens until our balance is finished or we face any other issues. You can play with small bets if you can’t stay away from gambling but try to maintain a gap at least in your games.

A gambling addict will definitely come back again even though he has been successful to quit, because gambling itself can be found wherever we are. So environmental factors will make gambling addicts wake up from a long break, but with a lot of experience, then you should have a good level of control not to be greedy and able to manage bankroll well even though losing in gambling is difficult to avoid.

Addiction can come and hit you again so what you are doing is dangerous. If I were addicted once and had managed to quit and stop my addiction, I would never try again as the risk seems high.

Constant betting if with a small managed bankroll weekly or monthly is not dangerous if you don't break your borders of this bankroll. If you go beyond addiction maybe just behind the door.

I wouldn't call it dangerous, its just money which is ultimately meaningless.  There are far worse addictions that actually affect your health and will shorten your lifespan.

I know if I start chasing then I will lose more but a mind of me is pushing me to go for it.

I know how you feel. Many of us here do. We all understand that we can only lose more while chasing our losses, and yet it's so hard to suppress the urge. The worst part is that there are chances of winning. If we knew that we would lose for sure, it would be much easier to restrain from chasing our losses. I can tell you what I do in such cases. I literally don't open any gambling site page for several days. Then I realize that it wasn't the end of the world, that life goes on and that I can live without the amount I lost so there's no need in trying to recover it.

How long did you manage to quit the first time?
Do you think you can just quit again now, or would or be more difficult this time around?

Since you've been able to quit already before, I'd suggest just quitting again by yourself.
Maybe download an app on your phone that records how much money you save by not gambling. I know there are similar apps for quitting smoking, so there's probably one for gambling too.

When you see how much money you save, you might be less tempted to gamble again.

If that doesn't work, maybe it's time to start seeking professional help.

Pamoldar, that is a story and it is good that you took the first step of admitting you have an addiction. Any form of addiction is difficult to first admit to yourself as a problem so I am glad you see it already.

I know a lot of people talk about addiction like it is something stupid. I know because I also have some other form of addiction, but I will not mention it. My friends who know think it is stupid and expensive. But it lets me work every day and helps me, so I do not know how to get out of it.

We try every day. Never give up trying.

Even if your mind telling to keep playing the chances of getting addicted again looks less for me because now you can realize that if you continue you will lose more so you will not try to do that when you don't have money and even you need to control your emotions and let it just ease even if you lost your amount get out from that gambling place soon.

Don't do it bro, don't go back to those dark days. I know gambling addiction is really tough to battle but from what you're saying, it seems like you were able to get out of that addiction in the past, and given how you've realized that you might be going down the wrong path again, I'd say you still have strength to overcome this sensation of wanting to gamble more and more. Just take a small break, I'd even say try not to post too much in this section since it might tempt you to keep gambling, or you can just keep discussing with us in the soccer threads like you always do, but just try to stay away from gambling sites, just for a bit. Good luck, buddy!

its not bad if he will post here because this might be helpful for him to get relief  . he can ontain sympathy and encouragement or any other good words to make him happy and to continue his life  .  its not also bad to gambling , its ok if he will comeback but he will only need to practice playing safe  .  i was once addicted to gambling and i decided to take a break but eventually i decided to comeback but now i know how to handle my self .  same can go to op  .

So, I used to be an gambling addict.
Have you returned to the old habit, mate?

I was lucky that my friends and family helped me a lot to overcome from the gambling addiction and I did not gamble for long time.
I think you should control the craving mate. What you did was a "cold turkey" and won't be long to get that craving again.

Gamble with a girlfriend might help since she could stop you if you reach your limit.

Recognizing the fact that you might lose more money if you continue to gamble's a great place mindset to be in, as you've successfully stopped gambling (at least for the moment). There's a couple things you can do from here, but the most responsible thing to do IMO is to just straight up stop gambling right now. If you've already got a history of gambling addiction, gambling really just might not be the thing for you.

What I'm about to say next might be easier said than done, but try to find other things you like to do and keep your mind off gambling temporarily. There's got to be something else you enjoy doing out there; if not, you just haven't found it yet. Give other things a shot and you'll find other enjoyable things to do in no time.

It's unfortunate if you play again just to fix the previous losses that happened, I don't think that would be a good solution with the same game scheme as you lost before, I hope you can think again before that happens quickly, your problem too, for I am a game scheme that is done every time you make a bet, maybe with different styles you can increase at least calmly and cool your head to minimize future losses.

If you continue betting this way you will never be able to make profits out of gambling. Belive me, I'm in the same situation as you are and that's going on for more than 1 year now. Had times when I increased my balance x50 in one month and lost it all in just 2 days. Even though I know it is extremely hard, I recommend you to stop gambling for some time and start reading some self improvement books. I keep saying to myself that I will do this but i never actually got to the point where I started to do what I said. Maybe it will help you

@pamoldar, it's great that you are able to recognize the signs of addiction and also able to stop it before another disaster strikes. Addiction in anything is harmful, be it smoking, drinking or gambling! So understanding the signs of addiction is very important. However, now don't try to recover your losses as it may lead to further losses. Rather accept it and move on! The Sun will rise again tomorrow!
