Airdrops aren't always waste of time, it depends on how good you are with them, the easiest way if detecting a good Airdrops is to watch the rating on top Airdrops platforms like airdropalert or airdropbob, if it's rated 5 starts it's probably because it's listed on coinmarketcap and it's trading
I never believed in sites like that. They work transparently and make false judgments, I have participated in a lot of airdrops from their website but as a result, no project has been really successful. And they never send tokens to my wallet

Right now, airdrop is a total waste of time. Just about a few airdrops are worth participating in. Airdrops like the likes of OGN. You are sure it's listed in a good and reputable exchange and will want to pay to protect the image of the project. Asides those kind of airdrops, others are just not worth the time.

Not totally a waste of time Most of the time airdrops are just dead token since they are just free and they will just going to give you a small volume of the token.

The airdrop token would not even reach the market for most of the airdrop and in the end just going to be a dead token.

But I try some airdrop even these days which I earn a good amount in just one airdrop. It was just one time for sure but it is better to do airdrop than regret it in the end because you don't claim the airdrop anyway it was just a small task to do so not really going to take a lot of your time.

Nowadays airdrop is not like before wherein you can still get a coins with real value and has exchanges.

Currently its hard to find an airdrops that can give you profit thats why majority says its just a waste of time.

But I believe you can still find a worthy one just be patient to find those.

I totally agree with you. I personally performed air drops. I also did statistics for a year. 50% is paid, and 50% is a scam. But in the end I got a few tens of dollars. For a beginner, this is a good income. Now the only thing that such drops, as before, is very few.

Airdropalert is not that bad, it's just that Airdrops still requires doing research just like when you want to join bounties, some are satisfied with 2-5$ worth of Airdrops so they don't mind, if you are ok with this then airdropalert is not bad at all

Airdropalert and other such websites are just bullshit. I used to join the airdrops with 4+ ratings in late 2018, almost none of them are worth above 5$ except one, I guess its WAN or something like that. If the tokens aren't worth atleast 5$ what's the point in doing those airdrops. Tbh, most of them are worth 0-1$, a few of them around 2-3$.
I would say that even doing altcoin bounties are not worth your time unless you are unemployed or from a third world country where the financial situation is poor. I would suggest you improve your posting quality and try to get a spot in the Bitcoin paying Signature Campaigns.

For this current era it is now waste of time. Maybe if your got lucky to have some good airdrops with still got some value then good for you. But for the sake of your time, I suggest to find other thing or ways on how to earn cryptocurrency aside from airdrops. Join bounty with btc paid or sure payment which Im sure will not waste your time. I have been participants of this signature campaign and surely well pays off. There are other good campaign on altcoin too might wanna join too but make sure they are legit projects.

To be honest with you, airdrops in 2020 is a waste of time.
Why do i say that ?

98% of airdrops lately are fake, and useless token.
The most annoying part is that, the 2% that are true and real projects will airdrop tokens worth just 2-4$ for you to make do with.
Instead of using precious time for airdrops.

Why not learn and practice crypto trading ? or get yourself acquainted as a content writer?

Yes, better focus on other things that are worth of your time rather than hunting airdrops that will end up few pennies.
Learned my lesson in joining some of them.
And guess what, a lot of them will require your KYC for just less than 10 bucks worth of tokens.
Are you going to risk your identity with such amount? They might sell your info to the highest bidder, who knows?

you are lucky if your going to be paid with penny but most that i came across with are free .

it was like they was saying thanks to your job and thats it , id be happy if they can say thank you but mostly they wont care anyway   . idk whats behind thier plan but if they ask such kyc then they might sell your data for a good price  ( like what you said earlier )  . good ol days for airdrops are i think gone for now , its sad but who knows maybe that good ol days will return in the future   . hopefully so

For now it is indeed difficult to find legit airdrops, even now many scamming airdrops only use airdrop hunters to join their telegram channels or follow their social media. But don't give up guys, keep on joining and looking for airdrops. I'm sure one day you will get satisfying results.
Indeed its now very hard. I remember the old days that airdrop is more profitable than bounty campaign. Yes its so easy to earn from airdrop and some arr so lucky to gain so much earning from it. I miss the 2017 era where airdrop tokens got listed on dex and really have a lotd of demand. But now, airdrops change from giving huge amount to small in quantity what worse is doesnt have value at all.
I agree, I experience a lot scam Air drop even I encounter some a good Air drop still most of them are wasting of time, they will attract you by their telling  about their good project then after you participate to them in the end you will know it's fraud. Maybe its better to waste your time in some part of crypto than joining in Airdrop because surely it give you nothing but if you participate in a campaign surely give you good profit.

Doing airdrop now is wasting time. Even though you pick airdrop carefully, it's still not sure that you can receive your reward and can sell them for some pennies. The fact is most of airdrop now don't pay, i have experienced this. I receive some airdrop token but they are never traded on any exchange.

for now, yes most airdrops are a waste of time.  Most airdrop organizers aim to form a social media community that is customary by requiring them to follow their accounts.  The rewards given are relatively small, especially with sluggish market conditions, your reward may not meet the minimum transaction. Airdrops that are really legit are very rare nowadays.
The reward depends on how much worth for each coin, the price of coin will also be determined after it has already listed on the exchange site. The uncertainties in the reward will always become the main reason why participated in the airdrop is not worth these days. i think that there will be another reason too.

if you say loss, no. because airdrop does not have to spend money first. but if you say it's a waste of time, I agree. because a lot of airdrops that end up not paying. and when we look for airdrops in large numbers because hope can get of lucky, it takes sometimes is wasting our time.

Most of the Airdrops are a scam, and the scammer has a different purpose of getting benefits to run an airdrop; some want to hake your system or other accounts, and some want to gain followers, and some want to get benefits to selling their tokens. So I suggest you don't join any airdrop after full verification. You can find in BTT for the useful airdrop.

some airdrops are a waste of time because the results obtained are not too many but there are some aidrops which in my opinion can indeed produce even a small amount, at least for unemployed people who do not have a job at all can use airdrop to add to your money.

You have to be careful when you become a participant of some airdrops because it can give you problems.

Like others are saying, air drops are indeed just a waste of your time. I have read your updated post where you say airdrops have 0% risk. Well, not really. You are risking your "time" over here. You could have done something else, probably something more productive instead of wasting your time researching those airdrops. Again, as far as I am aware, some airdrops require you to do certain tasks which might also include downloading something. Now how much risk free is those unknown app that you will be downloading?
