Hi there, first of all I really like the design of your site, UI/UX looks good. I tried to play and I won approx 2000$ in the Sweet Bonanza slot and I was able to withdraw this amount in several minutes without any KYC.

This doesn’t clear what he is asking since you need to provide screenshots from your airbet.io account so that he can verify if this TXID that you provided above matched to the TXID on your withdrawal history on the casino.

You can use talkimg.com to upload the screenshot and post the picture here. This will help to clarify everything about the doubt on the authenticity of your post since you are vouching for this casino the moment you create an account here in the forum.
Well...it seems that he does not really understand how to give a better proof, but its OK because he is still newbie here or maybe I did not tell him correctly about how to prove his claim.
I will not force him to provide any other proof though but you are right that transcation link does not prove anything unless he also provide something taken from his airbet account.
But it seems that he is an early player in this casino since the transcations he provided above were all before airbet created this ANN thread.

We are happy that you contacted us but unfortunately you are telling only a small part of the story and it creates a wrong and incorrect impression in the community so to make it clear, we will share the whole story.
Let us remind you with this screenshot, on how conversation with you started ~
Maybe you are getting it wrong. I haven't shared the small part of the story. And I didn’t say that the support agent has directly offered me 50 free spins when I was inquiring about it. What have you said here can also be seen on the screenshot of my post.

Yes some of these accounts are new and most probably the reason why some of these accounts may be new is that we've asked our first customers who were pleased with our casino and share their good emotions via live support chat,  to share their experiences with our casino by leaving  the feedbacks also in our first ANN thread, even thought if they did not had any account, which you may agree that is normal.
It is indeed normal, and there is nothing wrong with that. But it has created a little confusions here as those user accounts are created on the same day (within two hours). I just wanted to know whether Airbet team has offered any bonuses to those users for sharing their experience in this thread or not. Had you offered any bonuses to them for sharing their experience here? According to the posts of 'Jimtomase', does Airbet really accept players from the UK by ignoring their own terms?

Can you give us solid evidence to support your claim that you have withdrawn $2000 without KYC from this site?
I do not mean to underestimate you as a newbie in this forum but it would be better if you can prove your claim because there might be some people who doubt about it.
A screenshot of your transaction history might be enough to prove your claim and I think it is not hard thing to provide.

Wow, what a mess on my reply . Still it's not a rocket science in crypto casinos, you can withdraw without KYC.  Here are the proofs , the rest is up to you and finally you have to see it by yourself to believe it.

However, though these four accounts may have a slight look-alike account connection (i.e Created on the same day &  all started their first post on the same gambling thread). , it's still not a concrete proof that they were all hired.
The account creation time and posting pattern can be considered as enough proof here. It doesn't matter whether Airbet is legit or not, such shilling attempt goes against the rules of gambling board. Airbet is offering 50 free spins to them who will leave an honest feedback on Trustpilot. They aren't offering anything like that for Bitcointalk feedbacks though. But their live support agent has said something like this:

If those users have made their post here for any bonus like that, then Airbet is violating the gambling board pinned post rules.

Hello!
We are happy that you contacted us but unfortunately you are telling only a small part of the story and it creates a wrong and incorrect impression in the community so to make it clear, we will share the whole story.
Let us remind you with this screenshot, on how conversation with you started
You have asked the live chat support first,  if we offered any kind of gift for the feedback.
The live chat support informed you that we did not have such a promotion going on but  after the discussion with the team we have offered a bonus as a goodwill gesture for your inquiry. We considered it as suggestion and
Our casino always takes into consideration every user's request or suggestion and always tries to engage and fulfill it as maximum as it is possible. You and all the rest of community are always welcome to share this suggestions and will to our best to create best gaming experience on Airbet  together with you

The account is most probably a shill account. You can check that he is the 2nd poster on this thread.
I have just summarised the whole thread and found a few more newly created accounts which are shilling for Airbet. The first two posts in this ANN thread have been made by two newbie users. And they made the posts within the 4 minutes of this announcement thread creation. Here are the 4 accounts which have made shilling posts in this thread until now.

It is strange that Airbet team has hired people to shill here while they have active sig campaign in the forum. Among those 4 newbie users, 3 accounts were created on the same day. The last shilling post was from user 'Jimtomase' where the user said that he is from the UK and using the casino through a VPN. It is completely against the terms of the casino as Airbet doesn't accept players from the UK. The person doesn't even know the terms of the casino, but shilling for it.
Yes, this is really very strange. There might be someone trying to hurt Airbet by creating accounts and posting here or it might actually be Airbet doing this. I am not 100% sure what's happening but this is not nice. I was kinda confused when a newbie registered to answer my post.

Hey, we have changed it, you can check it
Hey, what about VPN usage? I checked again and can't find information on your website about VPN usage, whether I am allowed to use or not. I think it will be nice to add it in your ToS, then things will be less confusing. By the way, I want to remind you that there are crypto casinos that don't accept VPN usage and there are also some that accept VPN usage with the term that VPN will purely be used for protecting privacy and it won't be used to bypass country restriction.

Friends, we are newcomers to Bitcointalk, and this was our first ANN thread.

We are new crypto casino with big plans in igaming world, making playing easy and fair and our main goal to be active in social, same as here is to get feedback about our website and product and consider this feedbacks so the platform will be  suitable to you, as maximum as it is possible. We appreciate all the comments here, but we would be more happy to get feedback on our platform, so we can consider them, and not feedback on the age of accounts who are commenting. Thanks and wish you luck in playing!

Bitcoin makes the world go 🔃

What's important is they don't shill on the thread and post unrealistic things. Organic post is important that's why its highly been discourage to post exaggerated things in a thread just to get those bonuses. Maybe airbet needs to get warned on their action since I still have doubts that they know everything here so maybe its best to give them a chance to perform more better and correct those mistakes they have done. Also what's more important here is they follow the forum rules to avoid any issues. The management also need to know that those shill accounts will never give any good impressions with them but instead many people will find them shady if a lot of people would see those obvious made up reviews.

Rewarding users for posting on ANN is against the rules. This was strictly implemented before my mprep to bounty campaign since most bounty campaigns that time rewards users for posting specifically on the ANN thread.

It’s a different scenario if the post done out of good will without any rewards involved but posting on ANN thread even if the content is organic while the company rewards user for doing that is against the rules. Airbet just need to be aware on this rules before they will get punished.

Organic post are those post that doesn’t backed by rewards. That’s why gambling signature campaign doesn’t indicate a requirements to post on ANN thread since it’s not allowed to pay user to post on thread for promotion because it will fall to shill category.

I am not sure if they are violating the rules at all with that because it was a personal offer and not an open offer for all the forum members, but after your post for sure a lot of people will try to get those 50 free spins lol.
I think it doesn't matter whether the bonus has been offered personally or publicly, the goal ("Post in this thread for free x") of providing the bonus is same. Hopefully they won't offer this to any other people, I have already informed the live support that it is against the gambling board rules. However, it isn’t clear yet why those newbie users just created accounts and shared their feedbacks in this thread only. Normally, those posts are similar to shilling posts.

And as the rules say, that would be valid if the post goes in games and rounds, in the end, it would be a nice way to promote the casino, in the end even if they give tons of free spins, not all the users will be able to cash out that money for the roll-over rule. In freespins the roll-over is based on the profit.

also, I just want to inform you that I noticed a small mistake at the bottom part of your webpage, as you can see in the image below(the encircled part), the "terms of service" should be on the left side and the "about us" should be in the middle.

This is incorrect. They are in the right place if you ask me. Check out sites like Rollbit, Stake etc who display them in a similar manner. Terms of Service itself is usually found under the about us part though.

But if it is an accumulation, small gamblers may reach it within few weeks or months and usually they dont like to provide source of wealth.
I would like to know this too being a small gambler myself. It would suck if the amount isn't calculated all at once.

I was looking at your promotions and you need to add more information.

On the weekly reload free spins: https://airbet.io/promotion/weekly-reload-free-spin-bonus-get-50-free-spins-every-week
-You don't mention how much is each one of those 50 free spins. Even if they are free is different to get $0.2 spins or $0.5 spins.
-there is a wagering requirement of x36 of the profit from the free spins, but you don't mention if that x36 must be wagered in the same slot.

On the 50% deposit bonus: https://airbet.io/promotion/weekly-reload-deposit-bonus-get-50-up-to-400-usd
-User doesn't get 50% of his deposit, he gets free spins, maybe that should be in the promotion name because some users would want to use that bonus for live casino or other functions.

Thanks for the feedback, we fixed it and you can check it now. Also about wagering requirement we do not have 36x wagering rule for one specific slot only. You are able to wager winnings from the specific free spins 36x on every game on our casino.

It is too early to conclude that the people behind these accounts were hired by the casino for shilling purposes. They should have known that the forum have experienced gamblers and casino operators who can easily dictate such unhealthy practices. Have you also considered that it could also be an attack by some persons to give the casino a bad reputation. Some persons or organizations might use this medium to attack casino so that the community will not take them seriously. Until there is concrete proof of these allegations, airbet is not guilty of any crime.

I won’t give them a benefit of a doubt on this one. The timing is very clear about their motive for that accounts. It’s very hard to assume that other companies is doing this while all the shill post was created after this thread exist.

I doubt too that it’s an attack because only this casino has this kind of shill post out of many new casino started their own thread. They probably didn’t knew that this kind of shill post is not condoned here.

Maybe they don't know that availing shilling services is highly been discourage to use here that's why they came up with this even if they have running sig campaign. Maybe there's someone should give them a good advice that doing this will not give them a good result but maybe it will be a reason that a lot of people will get discourage about the actions they do. Better if they invest on some contest or other things that people could enjoy so there's a lot of things could people possibly talk about him and for that their thread will be bumped always then they will not need any services coming from those bots. I also don't think its a attack but rather this is a certain test to see if people would able to figure out that something good is happening base on the discussion of those hire bots. But people are so smart to determine what's legitimate question and reviews so this action will fail then they will just waste their money paying those services.

What you said can be logical if indeed the competition is that extreme in the establishment of a casino, knocking each other down is indeed possible, the account can be marked as what you said has the possibility of people being hired to ruin the reputation or whatever it is that is detrimental to Airbet, but we need to see first how the situation is Airbet and also the people behind the account in carrying out their attacks, this may indicate that there is chaos in the internal Airbet itself which may harm someone and he is trying to make treason in it by lowering his reputation like shilling's posts on this forum, because as far as I know AIrbet has not been here long in building his reputation.

When I first saw the thread and read the post of those newbie accounts I wanted to comment on it but decided to just overlook it. But since those three were the only ones that had posted since the creation of this thread I guess we can let it slide and hope they don’t repeat it.

Assuming those new account came to write reviews after a few days of the thread creation I would have classified it has a review from customers who do not have an account here in the forum (we have seen it before so it’s no big deal) and I have also read reviews from new account about old reputable sites here.

It is rare to see attack with such action (posting good feedback) because it can be answered/clarified easily by the official representative. Shilling wont give significant effect, so I dont think there will be some person who pretend to be shill of the casino with a purpose to give bad reputation in the community. Airbet is also new here so I dont think there is a good reason for anyone to attack them that way. Of course I have to agree that it cant be proved that they are shilling because it is just based on observation but in the reality shilling is a common practice.
