As far as I can see, there is no free contest/promotion in this casino before his complaint so I believe he did play with his own deposit. The possible problem is he has not wagered enough from his deposit before his withdrawal request. The mentioned term also tell us that withdrawal may take up to 7 days so he should wait at least for 7 days. If his withdrawal is still not being processed after 7 days, it will be a warning for others. Unfortunately OP is not online since a day before his post, maybe due to weekend as well. I would like to know the answer from OP later and maybe they should change the terms because 7 days is just too long if it is applied for all withdrawal.

Since it has passed 24hours you have to make a formal complain of the issue so that can attend to it faster. Formal complain in the sense that you can send them an email or through their support team. But have you discussed with them on the issue before? And what was their respond? When you make complain here like this, people will like to respond your case base your discussion with the support team so that they can see we the issue is coming from. Whether is from your end or from their end. But that is not withstanding, they will respond to you here if they active.
