There is no universal design on a landing page for About us or Terms of Service. Each exchange, gambling site, platform can put it anywhere at bottom of their landing pages. You can see differences with centralized exchanges like Binance, Kucoin, Coinbase. I don't name other casino names here as they are competitors with Airbet.

The only universal thing is these information will be at bottom of landing page so if a guest, a user want to find information about that, they can scroll down to the bottom of page.

This is incorrect. They are in the right place if you ask me. Check out sites like Rollbit, Stake etc who display them in a similar manner. Terms of Service itself is usually found under the about us part though.

Yes it is not empty, I can load the promotion page but it is indeed a bit slow to load. It seems that the issue (slow/lag) is on the site as not only one or two who experienced it. I checked the terms for this deposit bonus and find it a bit interesting and different to most other terms of deposit bonus. Here we are allowed to withdraw our balance although we have not completed the wagering requirement while most other deposit bonus is like locking our balance until we meet the wagering requirement.
