And now, 125 grass tokens worth only 3 USD.
How did you come up with a $3 valuation when the token isn't even being traded?

don't you have a burner device for when participating in airdrops?

Also they have been transparent with it that participants are going to share their data and bandwidth.

Holy Moly! How crazy people are these days! People were promised to get a decent airdrop
they didn't promise any Airdrop or decent airdrop that you are referring, they even told us that the points could possibly converted into gift card. I don't know where did you get your information but you're kinda misinformed about it.

Everybody chooses what to believe and do, usually not only one or two projects, but a plethora of them to get at least one good drop.
Grin
Though, yep, the drop there is not good for the community, in my opinion.

Yes, with the many airdrops available, it is always an interesting opportunity to always try, although not everything you hope for can be profitable and that is a risk that must be faced, by getting tokens for free by participating in the airdrop.

GetGrass released their airdrop checker

I have been farming for 7 months, I hope it's worth it. Lots of people complaining right now about the allocation.

Holy Moly! How crazy people are these days! People were promised to get a decent airdrop for running spyware on their devices for months. It turned out to be just pennies at TGE. And now, 125 grass tokens worth only 3 USD.

You're wasting 7 months just to keep this spyware active and see all of your activities on your device. You can stop wasting your time to farm free airdrop. It's not worth anymore. The better try to participate in the testnet or retroairdrop.

It's hard to believe, but it seems people have gone crazy these days.

same here, been months running grass app to get that juicy airdrop, turn out it was a huge mess and apparently, the airdrop reward doesn't even worth the electricity and bandwith we spent.

this is why i kinda hate this kind of project that tell us to run node, validator, running app that takes up some of our bandwith, the reward is so low its not even worth it and these projects are low key grifter Grin.

I will not spend to much time and effort in these airdrop. Amount of tokens provided is always "unknown", most of the project turns to be scam, they requires a lot of interactions and activity. I mean I don't see the same profit as the ICO era...
It was pretty different just post and eth address and get some coins. Of course amount provided were pretty different in some cases even thousands of dollars and not these penny useless fraction Sad

The more people at a party, the smaller the share of the cake, that's a phrase that fits airdrops in the crypto industry now. In the past, not many people understood crypto so developers would give tokens in the form of airdrops in an easier way, but now it's different, there are many new people taking part in airdrops which makes getting those tokens even more difficult. I missed airdrop from the Grass project, I think now I don't regret missing the information, because there were many people who complained and it turns out it wasn't worth the time wasted at all.

If you just use the forum search button, you would get a lot of Airdrop discussion. Most replies you will find negatives. I don't feel Airdrop is worth your time anymore. Once a time, Airdrop was too popular when users got a decent amount of funds. That time there was less scam and participants's got back the worth of time they spent. Lately, I don't see any successful airdrops on the forum or outside the forum as well, though I am not an airdrop participant. I will advise you to just ignore Airdrop and spend time to develop your skills so that you may earn a decent amount later.

The crypto market is very saturated now and everyone is more concentrated on how they’ll make free money from airdrops. Airdrops use to pay well but now that the market is saturated, even if the allocation is big, when shared between many participants, it becomes insignificant to them which will discourage them more. I wish people can look into other parts in this industry and leverage more on other skills like cryptography, web development, blockchain developer/engineer etc; that will pay them well when learned instead of relying fully on airdrops which many are definitely going to be scam or worthless tokens.

That's right, if only focusing on Airdrop is not something that is special today, there are still many other opportunities that are needed in this industry so that we can get a decent job and earn money if we have skills, so there is no need to spend time working on airdrops which are currently a lot of unclear projects and do not pay their participants properly.

But I saw my friend who followed the airdrop but he got a lot of profit, it's just that they cheated like farming accounts to get more, if you are good at this I think it's okay, but it's not a good thing if you cheat, but indeed seeing my friend who did that kind of thing could get more decent money, although per account only gets $100 but if you have 100 accounts it will be a decent amount.

I have too much morals to play with a project that is being developed.

It's a waste of time if you follow the airdop program, it is very easy to follow, but the results will be equivalent to what you do. I suggest you join the ques assignment, many web3 platforms provide it

Those who got first got the biggest part of the pie, I imagine

These Telegram airdrops are referral-based so if you're the first one to get in and you are so active in promoting and you can allocate time,, then yes, you could end up on the top of the leaderboard, the reason why participants are gettign small allocation is because of the huge number of participants.

You are competing with the other participants, so its time allocated number of people referrd that will have an impact on your allocation. its not a get-rich-quick thing really, but at least this is better than buying their tokens.

I don't think Hamster Kombat will continue a good streak, but that's just me. I am pessimistic about it in general Grin

Me too, I'm pessimistic with the current scenario on Telegram airdrops because too many users are participating and some of them are even teaching others on how to make fake referrals. This is why I am currently seeking projects that haven't been promoted in Tiktok, FB, and instagram.

Grass for example allocations went down after Closed Beta when it has been overly promoted in different social media

A good idea would be to let the community know when the game will end from the get-go (which usually never happens) and do the grading regarding the referrals not from the moment they appear, but more naturally - making the metrics bigger for shillers once in 2-3, or even 5 days, depending on the project.

Yeah, I'm kinda disappointed that they are going to do only a 10% of the supply Airdrop, It's kinda greedy for them to keep most of the supply when the essence of the project is by rewarding users for sharing their bandwidth and data.  Huh Huh It's pretty ironic.

10% does seem quite small, especially with the large supply they have as I said before. But we also can't say that they're greedy by keeping the other 90%, isn't the tokenomics out yet? it could be that the majority of the allocation will go to development and community, what I mean by community isn't airdrop, more about events that will occur in the future. They also don't want to make a large allocation to the airdrop perhaps because they're afraid that the token price will immediately drop when the airdrop allocation is distributed.

projects that I am currently working on hasn't confirm any airdrop but just incase I want to be qualify as an early participant.

I have been farming for 7 months, I hope it's worth it. Lots of people complaining right now about the allocation.

Farming for around 7 months and getting 125 $GRASS tokens, I read in an article on a crypto news portal that the total original supply of this token was 1B tokens, 125 tokens is a very small amount considering the total supply is very high, especially since you have been doing it for 7 months. I think it's normal for the community to be angry and complain to the developers, BTW, I've a question for you, do you think there are still many airdrops worth working on? It would be better for you to provide information regarding the project lists.

Wasted effort and electricity imagine for that time span of farming OP only get 125 $GRASS token and that is really ridiculous. Its like they are the one farming free exposure to a lot of people and they let people market their project for free for doing this thing and in return they get less. Even if the value of grass will reach at $1 each still I don't think airdrop participants get rewarded on the allocation they do. But I hear somewhere that the price will start at $0.05 but let see the outcome when they list this on exchange. To many people got disappointed on this project and it seems their effort done is not been rewarded.

This is also the reason why I don't join much on hype airdrop project since chances to get less or nothing is huge since lots of people will share the total allocated budget and I think that's not worth for the efforts we've done especially for doing some task to earn points.

Yes, there are so many good airdrop out there which I believe is actually going to reward their community handsomely, though I have done so many airdrop in the past that made me gave up on airdrop, because after the stress of doing most of their task for like 6 to 8 months, on the day of listing, when airdrop is being allocated to various individual base on your effort, I was told that I wasn't qualified, that experience made me gave up on chasing airdrops, and the project then was venom and Islamic coin, they really disappointed most of the airdrop participants.

But of recent, their are few airdrop that I saw the need to do, which am doing right now, and it was base on how Not coin and dogs were able to deliver that spurs me to give it a try, if hamster Kombat airdrop is going be fruitful, so right now am quite hopeful that on the 26 of this month when the coin is going to be launch, we are going to be rewarded base on the effort we put in on the airdrop activities.
