It usually draws a lot of attention from the crypto community and it can also bring you some benefits. But in 99,9 percent of cases, these Airdrops are worth nothing and are completely useless. I think it brings something to a project and could lead to more contributors.

Hello, from my small knowledge in Airdrop, I think Airdrops are only good in the path of the project and not for people participating in the airdrop because in the part of the Project, it increases the reach of the project (project awareness and social media reach increases) and on the path of people participating it only gives them small rewards which makes it more favorable to the Project.

It's good for both project and airdrop participants. We join airdrop and earn token as money, project need our help to make their community more crowded and more people know about the project. It's a win-win situation.
That depends on the situation, lately some project applying KYC for the airdrop, When that happen it will just giving benefit for the project itself, and makes the loss for the airdrop participant.
You are absolutely right Airdrop of these days is more of wasting of time unlike earlier this year or even last year people are no more interested in Airdrop unlike before because of the little amount given to people, i think only people who have been in the crypto for a long time understand that because newbie won't even consider the payment all they're after is them to get coin thinking might be useful in future..
Yes you are right airdrop only benefit the project and it is not configured to adequately pay for the work. Airdrop makes the projects very popular and increases their ratings due to the large number of people in their groups.
I do not join airdrops anymore but I still do not agree that it only benefits the project and not the participants. I mean where else can you spend your 5 or 10 minute social media time and earn $10 worth of tokens? That's better than nothing. Note that the $10 can also become $100.
I consider thus airdrop with great market value as good project because participant can benefit on it than to thus airdrop who just to give a penny to any participant just to create awareness of their token but anyway it is their marketing strategy but it is not worth-it to hold.
I think because of the Abuse we saw with how projects adopt the use of Airdrops people tend to fee it is bad. Airdrops is very good to build community around a project. Ontology did this recently and we now see how successful the project is today. There are a number of projects that have adopt this and do it right
Some of the airdrop projects have been good and it is an alternative way to distribute the coins and promote the project without going through the ICO procedure. As long as they can find an exchange to list with and there is a solid usage case then there is no reason the project cannot progress and be viable.
Based on what i understand, Airdrop is useful both for the project itself and the participant.

Airdrops ares still good but not most of it. I mean there are only few airdrops for now that is good potential, there are lots which are very low in value or do nto have value at all we only just waste our time in signing for an airdrops. If you want to participate to any airdrops i think theres is nothing wrong about this. But bear in mind that some airdrop nowadays are failed projects. Maybe this is not the best time to join any airdrop because of market situation.
all activity seems to be distracted because crypto market conditions. whether it's trade, investment, bounty, or airdrop very unsatisfactory condition now. whether we should retire while by not doing anything before the market goes back up?

They are useless and not rewarding participating in airdrops I remember joining 10 airdrops but all I'm getting is $1 to $5 worth of token when it is lucky to get into the market and sometimes if you are unlucky you cannot even sell it, because people are to hurry to dump them and move on to the next airdrop.
airdrop is indeed not all give satisfactory results. This might be a be a sign that the airdrop only benefits from the party or a ride on the project only. but unless it benefits both projects as well as a participant in it. regardless of the results of the small or large from the airdrop, of course, depending on how to run the job.
