I have joined several airdrops but only a few of them gave tokens and when you check the token on its exchange you will see that the price is already dumped. Some people got lucky on having to earn money on airdrops via referral system. Do not just rely on airdrops if you want to earn.

Some airdrops require personal info from their users like government approved ID proof, a selfie with it, contact number, email, address etc. Does this information really required? How to know if somebody is scamming you for asking this kind of information?

I don't want to join in the airdrops if they need me to fill my personal info because I think it is too risky to give our information to another project which we don't know if they can exist in a long time. there are many other campaigns that we can join without having filled any document and I am too afraid to join in the campaign that requires personal info because they can use our document for their purposes.

I'm really worried about this, but now every airdrop project requires KYC, I've dropped a lot of projects because of this issue.

Personally, I do not think it is really necessary for you to give all this information before you can participate n an airdrop because they are personal details. For me, I will suggest that you shouldn't participate in an airdrop that require this information because it might be a scam project.

Wouldnt the info they get from such personal data, be more valuable than any small airdrop ? People should start considering their personal data as a valuable asset. not give it away simply

If not KYC, they will not accept, and if KYC is worried about fraudsters, it is difficult to decide.

I do not believe airdrops and I do not trust it, it seems to me that people are trying to steal account passwords

if you don't feel safe then don't join those airdrops. actually, no one knows where they would use our document next time(after the ico). maybe they would destroy them or sell them to the black market for some quick money. it's too much risk to join airdrop with our identity document.

Some high-priced airdrops usually want our ID proof. But Be aware of that your personal information can be misused.I will do KYC if i know exactly about that project.Imust be sure that it's worth. There are some guarantees that then my personal data won't appear somewhere else.

It's not that easy to know the one's that will scam due to the packaging that such an airdrop put it's self,  the best thing is not to give out the personal information requested from them,  and snub such airdrop

It's hard to know if it's a scam or not. Because too many projects require KYC

Airdrops require a contact number, email is normal, but requires proof of identity and photos, etc., then it must be a problematic airdrop!

Most airdrops just need your email or help him with some promotional tasks! Some airdrops involving privacy are false!

I met too such airdrops where asked KYC. But I didn't begin to take part in them. Airdrops in itself not a really reliable thing, in sense of receiving tokens. And if it also KYC ask, then it  too suspicious. I would advise to avoid such airdrops. There are no guarantees that then your personal data won't appear somewhere else.
