Surely they are useful but lately it is difficult to earn significant sums from campaigns. But still you can try your luck, you may be lucky if you choose a decent project.
Airdrops and bounties are two different things. But both perform the same function. The function of both airdrops and bounties is to create awareness about a particular project. The Two are actually giving coins which equals money. People call it free money but to me it's not free because time is money.
Most tokens are really useless, but there are also very good projects, the tokens of which will bring you revenue in the future.
I no longer participate in airdrops, because it does not bring me profit. But I continue to participate in the bounty, because it seems to me that this is a great way to earn money.
Bounty campaigns are useful because this is the easiest way to advertise ICO on different platforms and social networks. If the project wins, all participants will be rewarded!
Airdrops add little to nothing in the success of ICOs, but Bounties help ICOs to get enough exposure and attract investors.
Previously I thought that airdrops were unnecessary, as it forced participants to lose time but only received a small amount of money. Later, however, when my wallet received the tokens, I thought it was a good idea to get more people to know about an altcoin in this market.
I am not participating in airdrops. Most of airdrops result is not worth, even not pay the participant. In my opinion, Bounty campaigns are better than
airdrops in terms of token earned. Bounty needs enough time to do tasks and follow rules while airdrop don't need to spend huge time except fill the form.

Or are they mostly shitcoins, disappear or using your emails for phishing?

I think most of them are just bullshit and time wasting and not worth putting some effort in.

I never tried to join airdrops and don't think that it is profitable. But I'm participating in some bounty campaigns that in my opinion will success and their coin will be valuable. Anyway it's only 2 months that I'm a Bounty hunter and I know that if hunters will not sell theirs tokens immideatly after getting it, they can have a preety good profit.
Yes these are very useful as you can have some money to invest in other campaigns. It is a great to deal to earn some free and invest in some other.
Airdrops and bounty campaigns are still one of the best way how to get some money on the internet. And if you do not understand the value of these things, then simply leave it and do anything else, whch is for you more profitable.
I see airdrops and bounties as marketing campaigns, you simply offer a certain amount of tokens for a number of people to keep the word running and attract new investors, I think bounties are more effective because it is a long effort and in the end, the tokens end up worth way more.
Well airdrop I think is not very useful , they essentially do not give virtually any advertising , as a bounty, in social networks , friends those the people who perform the bounty
Let me tell you the fact, the market might be bad right now but you can still get some good airdrops that would be okay in the market. Just yesterday I sold one of my tokens at a favourable price.
As bad as some airdrops and bounties are, I bet you can still find a quite number of good bounties and airdrops can still fetch you some cash at the end of their ico.

Yeah, you are right about it - unfortunately, almost all Airdrops won't bring any dollars, only pennies in best cases. But bounty campaigns are different, you can make a tangible profit promoting and supporting a real project, you just need to be picky and always do your own researches. Or are they mostly shitcoins, disappear or using your emails for phishing?

At the moment, airdrops almost do not bring profit, because most of them are scammers. That's why I refused to participate in these projects.
Well, to some extent, may be useful , I think where there is a bounty of telegrams is very helpful for a project well and transfers too!
I now participate in bounty companies and in the airdrome. I have been participating for a long time. I believe that at any time any company will burn out and give at least a small but generous. Ayrdrop also I think will not remain behind, but someday there will be a holiday for me.
Definitely they help to disseminate information about the project , and often it is very effective , especially the signatures on this forum !
